Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, the Powerful and the Mighty, and prayers and peace be upon the trustworthy Prophet of Allah, Muhammad bin Abdullah, now and forever.

First of all, we salute all you who are present, each with his name and title, and we especially mention the crown of our heads, the families of the martyrs, who are more generous than all of us. Peace be upon the revolutionaries who are loyal to you and for you throughout time.
Peace be upon the martyrs of the Caravan of Light and Liberation, peace be upon the wounded and the bereaved, peace be upon the prisoners of sacrifice and heroism, peace be upon our heroic fighting people in all arenas.
And peace be upon you, O crowds of the resistance and its popular support, which has no equal in sacrifice and benevolence.

O crowds of our free and generous people, O free people of the world who are loyal to your central cause, Palestine, we gather today with this majestic crowd to tell our zionist enemy that, with our Revenge for the Free, we will complete the journey towards Al-Quds and all of Palestine. The unity of the matter that was realized within the Joint Operations Room of the Palestinian resistance factions defeated our enemy even before opening fire on its entity through the lava of missiles and mortars of which hundreds reached the cities and settlements of the [Gaza] envelope, and continued towards the depth of the zionist entity, which did not withstand five days of fighting in front of its defeated internal front, its embattled leadership, and its fragile army.

Today we say with clarity and pride that we are living in a time when the resistance says its word without hesitation, without any equivocation, and without calculations. It says its word on the basis that Palestinian blood is a red line, and that tampering with the lives of the Palestinian people is something that cannot be tolerated.
The enemy's treacherous decision to assassinate the leaders of the resistance and Saraya Al-Quds necessitated a response from the heart of the battlefield, with all courage and audacity, where the hundreds of blessed missiles paralyzed the cities of the enemy entity. The [Gaza] envelope became a place unfit for life, and not even their sacred cow, “Tel Aviv,” was outside the circle of fire and blessed missile strikes.

O masses of our steadfast and resilient people,
The Joint Room of the Palestinian resistance factions convened from the first moments of the assassination of our three brothers, the leaders of Saraya Al-Quds, Khalil Al-Bahtini, Jihad Ghannam and Tariq Izz El-Din with their families and our innocent people, and its decision was clear that the reckoning is coming and that the enemy will pay the price.

We did not accept the rush to respond and close this criminal case in limited hours, as the enemy was planning. We did not accept the equation of singling out our brothers in Saraya Al-Quds, and we did not allow the success of an attempt to split the ranks of our resistance and tamper with our national unity. The leadership of the Joint Room agreed to put the enemy into a state of confusion and exhaustion, to prolong the time of confrontation, and to dread the response in terms of size, quantity, type, and extent, leading to the implementation of the first strike and the launch of Operation "Revenge of the Free" at noon on Wednesday, the tenth of this month, by bombing the enemy's targets on a large scale, with hundreds of projectiles within a limited time.

The leadership of the Joint Room worked throughout the hours and days of the battle to manage operations at the tactical level and to consult on missile firing operations in terms of range, intensity, targets, and timings. It also harnessed the intelligence and information of the brothers in Saraya Al-Quds and all factions of the joint room and provided all available forms of logistical support. This contributed to strengthening the systems of command, control and permanent communication between the factions of the Joint Room, as well as coordinating with all relevant government agencies to ensure the strengthening, security and cohesion of the home front in the face of aggression.

And because the battle is one, the fate is one, and the blood is one, all the factions of the Joint Room fought side by side and presented a constellation of martyrs, the righteous heroes in this battle, from the leadership and soldiers of Saraya Al-Quds, the Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, and the Mujahideen Brigades who rose up to fight, confront, and confront the zionist aggression. This pure blood mixed in the same trench and field, and painted the greatest painting of sacrifice, redemption, unity and solidarity.

The enemy, after its inability to repel our missiles and its failure in the policy of assassinations that targeted the fighter leaders Ali Ghali, Ahmed Abu Daqqa and Iyad al-Hassani, without any retreat in the field, tried to restore its image in front of its fragile internal front. It resorted to bombing houses on the heads of residents. However, this did not weaken the high spirit of confrontation that the fighters derive from the loyal embracing people of the resistance, which spoke its word with courage.

Honorable attendees, O people of patience, steadfastness and sacrifices.
We in the joint room of the Palestinian resistance factions, in front of this pure blood and the great military achievement in the field of steadfastness and confrontation, affirm the following:

Firstly, we have, by the grace of God, thwarted the policy of the despicable criminal Netanyahu in achieving his objectives through the policy of assassinations. We were in the upper hand and delivered the last blow during the "The Revenge of the Free" battle. We never allowed the occupation to single out [one of the factions] or achieve its desires. We never lived without standing shoulder to shoulder in the face of the bloodshed of leaders and martyrs.

Secondly, the resistance and Saraya Al-Quds have proven their ability to stand firm, steadfast, and fulfill their promises in face of the sanctity of Palestinian blood. The response was clear in Al-Quds and Tel Aviv and in all the enemy's usurpations [settlements] and fortresses. What the enemy conceals is many times greater than what appears on television screens and media outlets.

Thirdly, we warn the enemy against any assassination operation or folly. We stick to our promise and vow to retaliate with full force deep into enemy territory in a unified manner without any hesitation. We have well warned the enemy.

Fourthly, we call on all the free people in the world to stand by their responsibilities towards the central cause of the nation - Palestine, directing all energies and harnessing all capabilities to repel the occupation squatting on our land, Palestine. There can be no stability, security or safety for the peoples of the region as long as the occupation of Palestine continues.

In conclusion, we salute our brothers in the Ministry of Interior and National Security for their strong support of our people and resistance during the "The Revenge of the Free" battle.

God is the greatest and victory to the resistance.
