O great masses of our people, we are now going through the most difficult times, where we must decide to be or or not to be, whether it is us or them. But we say, as our Prince [Amir Abu Khadija] has said, this homeland is no longer large enough for two peoples, so it is either us or us.

The continued brutality of this aggressive enemy in committing crimes against our people and assassinating our resistance fighters only makes us more determined, more forceful, and stronger to take revenge. Today, they are organizing the Flag March, heading towards the path of our chosen Messenger, Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Therefore, we declare a general mobilization for all our fighters and soldiers in the Rapid Response Brigade of Tulkarem, the Askar Brigade (Nablus), and the Beit Ummar Brigade, for if the occupier announces their march from 7 am, we declare our activities from now until further notice.

We do not want to shoot at checkpoints and points of contacts; if our bullets are not in the chests and heads of the children of Zion, we will not shoot them.

Sources in the resistance told Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar, "Although the issue of the Flag March in Al-Quds was not included in the ceasefire agreement, the resistance is currently still keeping its eyes on the city and is prepared to deal with any development or provocation that the occupation government and its extremists may carry out there."

The sources confirm, "The resistance will not allow the occupation government to seize the gains that the resistance achieved during the Saif Al-Quds battle in 2021 regarding Al-Aqsa Mosque," adding that "the resistance is in constant communication with mediators about what is happening in Al-Quds."

During the recent talks held in Cairo led by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the resistance informed the mediators, that it "will monitor what the occupation is planning regarding Al-Aqsa Mosque and will not allow it to cross the red lines," and that it "considers provocation there as a ticking bomb that can explode the situation in all Palestinian territories." 

The factions assured the Egyptian mediator that "they have the ability to open a new battle to prevent changing the situation in Al-Aqsa Mosque with temporal and spatial division," warning that "the Al-Quds battle will be bigger, wider, and with higher levels of firepower, and will not be limited to the Gaza Strip front."
