We issue this statement now, bearing witness before Allah that we are compelled to deter some of the strife hovering above the cloud of the Tulkarem Brigade (Rapid Response), and in fulfillment of all the martyrs' wills.

What is happening today on the streets of [Raed] Al-Karmi in particular are systematic policies and attempts by some individuals in some Palestinian factions aimed at obliterating the identity of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades in general and the Rapid Response Brigade in particular. There are no clear justifications, and we have previously clarified that we, the military wings, are far from all your political disputes that do not serve the Palestinian people in any way. Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades is a military wing that exists and will remain.

By Allah, since the beginning, all we have sought is to establish a joint operations room for all factions, a united one, but all attempts have been met with rejection because most groups and formations do not want to deepen military work and carry out operations to shed the blood of the sons of Zion. It is as if they only want to carry weapons for showing off. We do not submit or be humiliated, for we are the sons of the steadfast [Thabet Thabet] and generous [Raed Al-Karmi]. We do not come out in public, participate in memorial services, celebrations, or marches. A major mistake occurred yesterday when our martyrs participated in the memorial service of their leader the Prince [Amir Abu Khadijah], and they were followed by agents of the occupation afterward. After that, we lost our fiercest fighters.

We do not seek and will not seek to incite strife and problems, but by Allah, then by Allah, then by Allah, we will not let the wills of the martyrs go as if they were a passing breeze.

Everyone knows that we are the ones who adopted the operation in "Avnei Hefetz" and the Jabara checkpoint operation, and we directed what our message was inside the car.
