The Popular Front strongly condemns the statements of the German Foreign Minister and describes them as Nazi and fascist statements that embody organized state terrorism, and affirms Germany's partnership in the war of genocide.

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine strongly condemns, in the harshest terms, the Nazi and fascist statements made by the German Foreign Minister in which she permitted the zionist occupation to kill Palestinian civilians in Gaza under the pretext of 'self-defense'.

These statements are a clear embodiment of the organized state terrorism practiced by the German official authorities in their open and brazen support for the occupation.

Germany no longer hides its unlimited support for the crimes of genocide committed by the zionist occupation, and its attempt to justify these crimes. It even boasts that it will not stop supplying weapons to it, which makes it a direct partner in the crimes against the Palestinian people.

This disgraceful stance places the German government on the side of war criminals and solidifies it as a main supporter of the continuation of the brutal aggression against our people in Gaza.

We call on the free and honorable people in Germany to strongly confront this official German stance, and to organize a wide campaign to oppose German policies and its partnership in those crimes.

The statements of the German Foreign Minister are brazen, and they provide cover for the occupation to commit more acts of genocide war.

We in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) strongly condemn what the German Foreign Minister stated yesterday, that her government "is not ashamed of targeting civilians and hospitals, as long as this provides security for "israel", and this is part of our commitments." We consider this brazen statement a blatant violation and a clear breach of the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, and a clear and explicit recognition of participation in supporting the occupation in its ongoing aggression, and a cover for the zionist Nazi occupation forces to commit more acts of genocide war against our people, including innocent civilians—children, women, the elderly, and the sick—over the course of more than a full year.

We express our deep disapproval of this statement, which reveals a zionist-Nazi mentality stripped of all values and human principles, and exposes the true nature of the German stance, which supports and participates in the crimes of starvation, thirst, and genocide against our people in the Gaza Strip. The German government bears full responsibility for its serious consequences, and its political, legal, ethical, and humanitarian repercussions.

In light of this German insistence on continuing full support and partnership in the genocide war against our people, politically, security-wise, and militarily, we call on the International Court of Justice to consider this statement by the German Foreign Minister as additional evidence of her government's participation in the genocide war. We demand that it retract its rejection of the case brought by Nicaragua against Germany, accusing it of violating the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide by supplying weapons to the zionist occupation, which are used in its ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip since October of last year, and to immediately begin taking urgent measures to force Germany to stop its weapon exports to the zionist entity.

We strongly condemn the fascist statements of the German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, in which she claimed that the entity can kill civilians in Gaza to protect itself. This represents the height of crime, hatred, and German Nazism, as well as blatant bias and justification for the massacres, genocide, and ethnic cleansing carried out by the zionist enemy government with Western, American, and European support and participation, under the cover of widespread international hypocrisy.

The Nazi statements of the German minister confirm that the genocide war being waged against the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples is a clear manifestation of the fascism and Nazism of the oppressive Western countries in their war against the Arab and Islamic peoples. Arabs must awaken from their stupor and confront these destructive ideas, which are resurrecting Nazism, of which Germany was the source.
