We strongly condemn the statements of German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, in which she claimed that the entity can kill civilians in Gaza to protect itself. These statements represent a dangerous justification for targeting civilian sites under the pretext of the presence of armed elements in these sites, cover up the crimes of the occupation that targets civilians, and provide an immoral justification for indiscriminate attacks that claim the lives of innocent people and destroy vital infrastructure such as schools, hospitals and homes.

We reject the claims that civilian sites lose their protected status simply because the enemy claims the presence of armed elements, without conclusive evidence of their direct use in military operations. The reality on the ground shows that the occupation continues to systematically target civilian sites, which has been documented by many international bodies and institutions, which constitutes a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, especially the Geneva Conventions that impose absolute protection for civilians in armed conflicts.

The German government should have reconsider its position and review its policies towards supporting the occupation, and followed the approach of other European countries that announced the cessation of supplying the occupation with weapons. Supporting the occupation militarily in light of these crimes against civilians makes Germany complicit in human rights violations.

It is the duty of the so-called international community and countries that claim to protect human rights to take urgent steps to ensure respect for international law and protect civilians in Palestine and Lebanon, and to put an immediate end to the use of excessive and disproportionate force that threatens the lives of thousands of innocent people.

The German Minister should have condemned the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by the occupation army in Gaza, the West Bank and Lebanon, and the entity's violation of the so-called international legitimacy by targeting UNIFIL personnel in Lebanon, confiscating the UNRWA headquarters in Al-Quds, attacking UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, and refusing to comply with all international resolutions.

The "israeli" occupation has committed 6 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, with 65 martyrs and 140 injuries reaching the hospitals in the past 24 hours.

Some of the victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, and the ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach them.

The toll from the "israeli" aggression has risen to 42,409 martyrs and 99,153 injuries since last October 7th.
