The Government Media Office reaffirms that the “israeli” occupation army is lying and attempting to mislead public opinion regarding the entry of trucks carrying flour into the north of the Gaza Governorate. In reality, the occupation has been enforcing a total blockade and complete closure for 170 consecutive days on the governorates of Gaza and the north, closing all humanitarian corridors. Simultaneously, it continues the massacres, killing over 342 martyrs and injuring hundreds of civilians, women, and children in a continuous massacre that has been ongoing for 10 uninterrupted days.

We demand the immediate and genuine opening of a safe corridor to rescue the healthcare system in northern Gaza, which is facing an unprecedented and catastrophic situation due to the aggression of the "israeli" occupation.

The "israeli" occupation army continues to target the healthcare system in the northern Gaza governorate. A few days ago, it threatened to demolish the four operational hospitals in the governorate, opened fire on the administration room of Kamal Adwan Hospital, and demanded that all medical teams evacuate the four hospitals, which are Kamal Adwan Hospital, the Indonesian Hospital, Al-Awda Hospital, and Yemen Al-Saeed Hospital.

The situation at Kamal Adwan Hospital, particularly in the neonatal unit, is in an unprecedented and dangerous state. This is the only neonatal unit in the northern Gaza governorate.

The unit is full of cases, and there are severe cases in the operating rooms. Even cesarean section surgeries are being performed in unsafe and dangerous conditions. Newborns urgently need intensive care.

Critical cases requiring specialized care are being transferred to the neonatal unit instead of the intensive care unit due to the lack of space, as the ICU is completely filled with adult patients.

All cases have been classified as critical and in need of urgent and high-level medical intervention, but this is not available due to the dire healthcare situation the hospital is facing amid immense challenges caused by the occupation's targeting of the entire healthcare system.

We call on the international community and all international and UN organizations to genuinely open a safe corridor to save the healthcare system in northern Gaza, ensuring the continued provision of healthcare services and supplying the four hospitals with the necessary resources, as hospitals in northern Gaza need the following:

- Northern Gaza hospitals need medical teams and health delegations to support the exhausted medical staff in northern Gaza.
- Northern Gaza hospitals need fuel to ensure the continued provision of services.
- Northern Gaza hospitals need consumables and various medical supplies.
- Northern Gaza hospitals need medicines, treatments, and vaccines.
- Northern Gaza hospitals need infant formula, nutritional supplements, and special children's foods like "Cerelac" and other supportive foods.
- Northern Gaza hospitals need food for the healthcare workers.
- Northern Gaza hospitals need genuine support and action, not empty words with no tangible impact.

We issue an urgent distress call to save what can be saved in the northern Gaza governorate, which is being subjected to killing and genocide. Its hospitals are experiencing a catastrophic situation in every sense of the word.

For the 11th consecutive day, the criminal military campaign, ordered by the fascist occupation government, continues in the northern province, where hundreds of vehicles and thousands of soldiers, with immense firepower, are gathering to isolate the northern Gaza Strip from the city of Gaza, tightening the siege on it, with hundreds of thousands of civilians trapped inside. So far, more than 342 martyrs have ascended, most of them women and children.

What is happening today in the northern Gaza Strip, specifically in Jabalia and its refugee camp, is a full-scale genocide.
