In the face of this criminal genocide war executed by the occupation and America, we would like to emphasize the following:

First: We launch an urgent call for help to the international community, especially to Russia and China, to all the free countries of the world, to all international and global organizations, and to all Arab and Islamic countries to exert all kinds of pressure on the criminal "israeli" occupation by all means and methods to stop the genocide, the extermination war, and the ethnic cleansing war in the Gaza Strip, particularly in northern Gaza, and to work on delivering food aid to tens of thousands of our Palestinian people in northern Gaza, who are being systematically starved by the occupation by the weapon of hunger, which has prevented food and baby formula from reaching them for more than 170 consecutive days. The occupation has decided to kill tens of thousands of civilians and children, whether by bombing and targeting or by starvation and preventing food from reaching Gaza and northern Gaza Governorates.

Second: We condemn in the strongest terms the crimes of murder and starvation committed by the "israeli" occupation army against civilians and displaced people, killing them in the streets of northern Gaza, especially in Jabalia Al-Balad and camp. We also condemn the occupation's relentless efforts to dismantle the health system and turn the north into a region of total devastation, and we call on the international community and all the countries of the world to condemn these ongoing crimes.

Third: We hold the "israeli" occupation, the U.S. administration, and all the countries participating in the genocide against our Palestinian people, such as the criminal United Kingdom, criminal Germany, criminal France, and other criminal countries that participate in the genocide, fully responsible for the continuation of these crimes that have been ongoing for a full year without these criminals stopping the brutal war against our unarmed Palestinian people.

Fourth: We warn the international community and all international and global organizations that the "israeli" occupation army is practicing a clear extermination crime, a war of uprooting civilians, and an ethnic cleansing war against our Palestinian people. We call on them to take practical steps towards the immediate and rapid cessation of these crimes against humanity, and we demand the prosecution of "israeli" war criminals in international courts to prepare them for trial and bring them to justice for their ongoing crimes.

We condemn the ongoing prevention by the "israeli" occupation authorities of foreign journalists entering the Gaza Strip for the second consecutive year, a deliberate attempt to obscure the truth and prevent the documentation of crimes committed against civilians.

The unjustified "israeli" measure aims to prevent foreign press teams from being witnesses to the massacres and atrocities committed by occupation forces in the Gaza Strip.

Local journalists in Gaza are not merely news reporters, but witnesses to the bloody events, and they have been systematically targeted to prevent journalistic coverage of the war on the Strip.

Despite wearing identifying vests that distinguish them, occupation forces deliberately target them, constituting a flagrant violation of international law.

The occupation army has killed one journalist and seriously injured three others at the beginning of the second year of the horrific war it is waging against the people of the Gaza Strip.

The clashes are still ongoing until the time of issuance of this statement.
