The "israeli" occupation army has committed a horrific massacre by bombing the Rufaida school for the displaced in Deir Al-Balah, resulting in 26 martyrs and more than 92 wounded, most of whom are children and women.

The occupation army was fully aware that this school housed thousands of displaced children and women who had been forced from their homes and whose neighborhoods had been bombed. The timing of the strike was deliberately chosen during the peak movement of these children and women as they sought their daily food.

This massacre raises the number of displaced persons’ shelters and centers targeted by the "israeli" occupation to 190, which house hundreds of thousands of displaced people who have been driven from their homes as a result of the genocide being waged by the occupation army against our Palestinian people.

This new crime occurs amidst a dire health situation in the central province, which currently hosts over one million people. Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital is unable to adequately provide medical and health services to this enormous number of displaced persons and Palestinians due to severe overcrowding and the constant influx of injuries over the course of a full year of genocidal war.

We condemn the "israeli" occupation’s perpetration of this new massacre and the ongoing slaughter of civilians, children, and women. We call on all nations of the world to condemn these continuous crimes against the displaced, civilians, children, and women.

A new horrific massacre has been committed by the fascist occupation army at Rufaida School, crowded with thousands of displaced people in the city of Deir Al-Balah in central Gaza. Warplanes bombed the school with several missiles, resulting in the martyrdom of more than 26 people, along with dozens of injured, most of whom are women, children, and the elderly. The massacres being committed in Rafah and northern Gaza, especially in Jabalia, are zionist crimes backed by the U.S., as part of a campaign of genocide against our Palestinian people.

This brutal massacre, committed while the fascist occupation army imposes a deadly siege on northern Gaza, is a continuation of the zionist occupation’s crimes against our Palestinian people.
