We demand international organizations immediately intervene to protect Kamal Adwan, the Indonesian, and Al-Awda hospitals. We reject the occupation’s threats to evacuate these hospitals and warn against repeating the scenario of destroying the Al-Shifa Medical Complex.

As part of the ongoing genocide and the destruction of all vital sectors in the Gaza Strip—especially the “israeli” occupation’s plan to collapse the healthcare system, particularly in the Gaza and northern governorates—the criminal occupation has once again resorted to threatening hospitals, insisting on taking them out of service and sentencing over 700,000 people in these two governorates to death.

The occupation has begun besieging Kamal Adwan Hospital in the Northern Gaza governorate and opened fire on the hospital administration office, a crime that shames humanity. In addition, the occupation has prevented fuel from reaching the hospital and all medical facilities, which threatens the imminent shutdown of the hospital.

Furthermore, the occupation has demanded that Kamal Adwan Hospital, the Indonesian Hospital, and Al-Awda Hospital evacuate their patients and medical staff, threatening them with the same fate as Al-Shifa Hospital—destruction, killing, and arrests.

We demand international organizations immediately move to protect the Kamal Adwan, Indonesian, and Al-Awda hospitals. We strongly reject the criminal occupation’s threats to evacuate the hospitals and warn the world and the international community against repeating the scenario of destroying the Al-Shifa Medical Complex, where patients, the wounded, and medical staff were executed.

We condemn in the strongest terms the occupation’s crimes against the healthcare sector and its systematic destruction of hospitals, rendering them non-operational. We call on all countries of the world to condemn this crime against humanity.

We hold the U.S. administration and the “israeli” occupation fully responsible for this ongoing aggression against the healthcare system in the Gaza Strip, which aims to sentence 700,000 people in Gaza and the northern governorates to death as part of a year-long war of genocide.

We demand the international community, international organizations, and all free countries of the world pressure the occupation to stop the aggressive war on the healthcare system, halt the destruction of hospitals, and end the genocide before it’s too late.

Salutations of reverence, pride, and honor to our people in Gaza and northern governorates who have thwarted the “israeli” occupation’s plans for displacement and remained steadfast in their homes and neighborhoods despite the displacement and genocide.

The “israeli” occupation army has, over the course of an entire year of committing genocide, circulated numerous deceptive maps urging our Palestinian people to evacuate from the Gaza and northern governorates to the central, Khan Younis, and Rafah governorates under the pretext that these areas are “safe.” These calls have always been treacherous, false, and posed significant dangers to the lives of our people. However, the people of these two governorates have never heeded the “israeli” army’s calls for evacuation and have succeeded in foiling the occupation’s plans for displacement.

The occupation has consistently called for evacuation, only to use these false appeals to lure people into death traps, killing them by the dozens in the streets and passageways it falsely claimed to be “safe corridors.” These corridors were, in reality, paths to death, killing, and extermination. Moreover, the situation in the central, Khan Younis, and Rafah governorates is far from rosy, as the occupation continues to carry out destruction, killing, and genocide there as well.

Today, our great Palestinian people are fully aware of the grave dangers that the criminal occupation seeks to impose through these deadly, deceitful calls. As a result, our people have succeeded in breaking and thwarting these malicious schemes, remaining steadfast and defeating them through their resilience and willpower.

We send salutations of reverence, pride, and honor to our noble Palestinian people, especially in Gaza and the northern governorates, for their legendary steadfastness in the face of the “israeli” occupation. We commend them for rejecting the idea of evacuating their homes and neighborhoods in Gaza and the northern governorates, and for their refusal of displacement and the abandonment of their residential areas.

🚨 Northern Gaza is being ethnically cleansed amidst deafening silence and widespread calls from residents and journalists to shed light on the genocide taking place.

"The north of Gaza is facing the greatest threat since the start of the genocide. They have officially declared it an 'israeli' military zone and are working toward its ethnic cleansing. What we witness in the next 24 hours will be detrimental to the entire Palestinian cause," said journalist Hossam Shabat.

The most significant developments in the field situation in Jabalia Camp and its surroundings, as well as some areas in the north, on the fourth day and the 368th day of the genocide war on the Gaza Strip:

The occupation threatens Kamal Adwan Hospital with complete evacuation by tomorrow, but the hospital administration refuses in order to continue providing services to the patients and wounded.

1) The occupation army continues to impose its siege on northern Gaza for the fourth consecutive day amidst heavy artillery and air bombardment, shooting at anyone who moves or travels through the main or side streets, in an attempt to displace tens of thousands of civilians who are holding onto their homes or staying in shelters.

2) Continuous and intense airstrikes by the occupation warplanes on Jabalia Camp, Beit Lahia Project, Beit Hanoun, Jabalia Nazlah, Al-Touam, Bir Al-Naajah, and Al-Saftawi.

3) Ongoing gunfire from vehicles, drones (quadcopters), and helicopters (Apaches).

4) Intense and continuous artillery shelling across all areas in the north, targeting many homes, neighborhoods, and streets, even ambulances have not been spared from the shelling.

5) The "israeli" occupation forces are demolishing several homes of civilians in the Al-Tawam area in northern Gaza.

6) Four martyrs in a targeting of civilians near the Civil Defense headquarters west of Jabalia Camp in northern Gaza.

7) Violent "israeli "airstrikes targeted Al-Razan Tower and Al-Ahram Tower in the Al-Alami area and around Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza.

8) Martyrs and injured in a targeting of a group of civilians at Abu Al-Jadayan intersection in Beit Lahia Project, northern Gaza.

9) Injuries occurred after drones (quadcopters) opened fire on civilian homes in Beit Lahia Project, northern Gaza.

10) Premature and newborn babies were transferred from Kamal Adwan Hospital to Al-Sadeq Al-Amal Hospital.

11) Reconnaissance aircraft are flying at very low altitudes.

12) Intense airstrikes by occupation warplanes targeted several homes and agricultural lands in Al-Touam, Bir Al-Naajah, and Ahmed Yassin Street in Al-Saftawi neighborhood.

13) Civilians are fleeing Jabalia Camp to other areas in the north due to the heavy shelling, not fleeing to the south of the Gaza Strip.

14) There is a presence of occupation vehicles in the eastern and western areas of Jabalia, with intermittent gunfire from time to time.

15) Firefighting teams controlled a fire that broke out in "Al-Shalfooh" bakery (the only functioning bakery in northern Gaza) after it was targeted by an artillery shell in the Al-Falouja area in northern Gaza.

16) The three hospitals in northern Gaza are still operating despite the continuous shelling and the threat of evacuation.

17) The bodies of dozens of martyrs are scattered across the streets of Jabalia Camp, and the civil defense is unable to retrieve them due to the siege by the occupation.

18) The occupation army arrested a paramedic and obstructed the evacuation of five patients from the neonatal ward at Kamal Adwan Hospital, including a critical case. The ambulance was held for more than two hours near the civil administration east of Jabalia Camp.

Northern Gaza is experiencing one of the most violent campaigns of genocide, and we call on the international community for urgent and decisive intervention:

We warn of an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe as the occupation tightens its siege on Jabalia Camp and the surrounding eastern and northern neighborhoods such as Tal Al-Zaatar, Al-Sikka, Beit Hanoun, and Beit Lahia, in addition to their presence in the western parts reaching Yafa Cemetery and Al-Tawam Junction for the fourth consecutive day.

- The occupation forces continue their invasion of large parts of northern Gaza since the evening of last Saturday, October 5th, amidst airstrikes, fire belts, and artillery bombardment, including the bombing of homes on top of their residents, resulting in dozens of martyrs and wounded.

- We received preliminary information about the execution of five civilians by the occupation forces, including a woman, a man, and his son, during their attempt to flee from Jabalia Camp despite them carrying white flags.

- In a dangerous development, the army has ordered the evacuation of Kamal Adwan Hospital located in the Beit Lahia Project, while the hospital is under siege by drones (quadcopters), with dozens of airstrikes targeting surrounding buildings and its gate being hit with smoke bombs.

- The occupation’s bombardment has cut off the only road used by ambulances to transport critical injuries from Kamal Adwan Hospital to the Baptist Hospital.

- The field team of the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor received testimonies from civilians who managed to reach Gaza City, reporting seeing the bodies of martyrs in the streets, along with other victims trapped under the rubble of homes that were bombed.

- Thousands of people besieged in Jabalia Camp, Beit Lahia, and Jabalia are suffering from an almost complete depletion of food supplies, which were already scarce due to the closure of "israeli" crossings and the halt in the limited aid and goods that had been entering for over a week before the latest invasion.

- The occupation army is systematically attempting to empty northern Gaza of its residents, pushing them into forced displacement to the south.

- The occupation’s military operation has no war-related objective or necessity, but rather aims to complete the destruction that has affected more than 85% of the buildings in northern Gaza, targeting civilians and forcing them to evacuate the area, turning it entirely into a military zone.

- We demand the United Nations and the international community to immediately intervene to save tens of thousands of civilians in northern Gaza, stop the horrific ethnic cleansing taking place against them, and put an end to the genocide that the occupation has been committing for the second consecutive year.
