After one year of this devastating war, we emphasize the following:

1. The continued international neglect in providing the necessary support to Gaza's Civil Defense will sharply increase our inability to respond to citizens’ distress calls. Our teams have been unable to respond to many of these calls due to fuel shortages and the lack of essential civil defense equipment. Furthermore, the occupation forces have deliberately obstructed and hindered our teams' access in areas they invade by closing streets and entrances.

2. Civil Defense teams and humanitarian service providers in Gaza have faced enormous challenges since the start of this war, and the international institutions’ evasion of their duties has further exacerbated these challenges and difficulties.

3. We demand the provision of spare parts for Civil Defense equipment and vehicles to repair the malfunctioning equipment and vehicles so that humanitarian intervention teams can continue their work.

4. We demand protection for Civil Defense personnel while performing their humanitarian duties, as well as a halt to the targeting of the already deteriorating Civil Defense vehicles and equipment.

5. We call on the world to pressure the occupation to allow the urgent entry of various types of Civil Defense equipment so we can fulfill our duties amid the ongoing aggression and continuous bombardment throughout Gaza.

6. We demand the entry of heavy machinery to remove the rubble of targeted homes and structures to recover the bodies of more than 10,000 martyrs who remain under the debris. These individuals are not included in the official statistics of martyrs from the aggression.

7. We demand the entry of sufficient quantities of fuel for Civil Defense vehicles, as we often struggle to reach targeted areas due to fuel shortages. This has led to the martyrdom of hundreds of injured individuals who could not receive the necessary medical assistance.

🚨 BREAKING: A resistance stabbing operation in occupied Bir Al-Sabi’ has left one settler critically wounded, and two others wounded in various conditions. The executor of the operation reportedly ascended to martyrdom.
