🚨 The IOF declared the area of "Metulla," "Misgav Am," and "Kfar Giladi" in northeastern occupied Palestine a closed military zone and prohibited all entry there. This comes after hundreds of operations targeting IOF soldiers in these areas. The affected settlements are across from Al-Wazzani, Khiam, and Kfar Kila in southern Lebanon.

The mayor of "Metulla" also asked the small number of remaining settlers there to leave earlier today. Settler websites reported that the zionist entity has sent buses to evacuate remaining settlers near the border from settlements that have been previously evacuated.

🚨 Zionist artillery shelling has been continuously targeting near the towns of Khiam and Wazzani in southern Lebanon for the past two hours.

Al-Manar reports that the Lebanese army is evacuating observation points at the front edge along the border with occupied Palestine to regroup at centers in the border towns.

A Lebanese army source told Al-Arabi TV that there is an unprecedented mobilization of zionist forces across from Al-Wazzani, which has been subjected to shelling for two hours and is across the border from the newly declared closed military zone.

Al-Qassam fighters managed to detonate a minefield prepared in advance against a zionist engineering force, killing and wounding its members in the Al-Fakhari area, east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

What is happening now is intense artillery shelling targeting areas near the border, starting from the Khiam plain through Wazzani and reaching Kfar Shuba Heights. There is heavy surveillance drone activity.

There are no airstrikes by warplanes.

The enemy has closed the settlements of "Misgav Am," "Metulla," and "Kfar Giladi" and declared them military zones.

The ongoing shelling is a result of fear about what it might face on the Lebanese side if it decides to breach the border.

The Fifth Division of the Lebanese Army denied the news of the army withdrawing from its positions, confirms its steadfastness in all of them, and states that orders have been given to defend the south, whatever the sacrifices.

Security sources told Al-Arabi and Al-Jazeera that the Lebanese Army has redeployed its troops to the border observation sites after previous reports of recent withdrawal.

However, UNIFIL forces have reportedly withdrawn from their border positions.
