The number of female prisoners held under administrative detention in occupation prisons rises to 27 prisoners.
As part of the escalation of the crime of administrative detention and the ongoing arrest campaigns, the number of female prisoners held under administrative detention in "israeli" occupation prisons has risen to 27 after three women from the Ramallah governorate were placed under administrative detention.
The three women are (Abla Saadat, wife of imprisoned leader Ahmad Saadat (media 1), Tahreer Jaber (media 2), and student Du’aa Al-Qadi (media 3)), with the occupation issuing administrative orders against Saadat and Jaber for 4 months, and against student Al-Qadi for 3 months. They have been detained since September 17, 2024.
The number of female prisoners in "israeli" occupation prisons has reached (97) known prisoners, most of whom are held in "Damon" prison, including one pregnant prisoner and three prisoners from Gaza. It pointed out that this figure does not include all the prisoners from Gaza, especially those detained in occupation army camps, where the authorities continue the crime of enforced disappearance against them.
It is worth noting that since the beginning of the war of genocide, the number of women arrested has exceeded 415, including women arrested in the West Bank, including Al-Quds, as well as women from the territories occupied in 1948. However, there is no clear estimate of the number of women arrested from Gaza.
It is also noted that the occupation continues to escalate the crime of administrative detention, which has become one of the most prominent current developments due to the unprecedented rise in their numbers.
As of the beginning of this month, the number of administrative detainees has reached at least 3,323, all subjected to sham and formal trials under the pretext of having a "secret file." It should be noted that hundreds of the administrative detainees are ill, and the vast majority of them are former prisoners who have spent years in "israeli" occupation prisons.
