The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine welcomes the historic stance taken by the British Green Party in declaring that "what is happening in Gaza is genocide," describing this step as courageous and a clear acknowledgment of the scale of the crimes and violations committed by the criminal occupation against our people in the Gaza Strip.

The Front also appreciates the Green Party's call to boycott "israel" and to ban the supply of weapons to it, considering this step essential in holding the occupation accountable for its crimes and in halting the military support that enables it to continue its aggression and crimes against our people.

The Front affirms that the stance of the Green Party sets a positive example that other political parties and forces in Britain, Europe, and the world should follow. However, it is not enough. We need similar, more pressing stances to stop the aggression, and the Front calls for the imposition of strict sanctions and a complete ban on the export of weapons to the zionist entity.
