These atrocities against prisoners represent a systematic strategy relying on slow execution, torture, and abuse, in a failed attempt to break their will and crush their steadfastness.

We salute our people and families in the proud West Bank, especially our people in Jenin and Tulkarem, who supported their sons and brothers in the resistance factions and were a true backbone to their resistance in the face of the usurping enemy.

We commend the sacrifices and bravery of the Mujahideen Brigades fighters and all resistance factions, as they have written epics of steadfastness and sacrifice, inflicted heavy losses on the enemy, leaving its soldiers dead and wounded, and destroyed dozens of its heavily armed vehicles.

Our fighters in the West Bank have carried out hundreds of military operations against enemy forces and settlers, including shootings, armed clashes, bombings of explosive devices, grenade throwing, and more.

Our fighters have joined Al-Aqsa Flood battle and carried out dozens of significant operations in the West Bank. Our heroic fighters in the Mujahideen Brigades in the West Bank, as part of their response to the recent wide-scale aggression campaign announced by the enemy in the northern West Bank, executed approximately 40 military missions as follows:

1. Jenin and its camp:
- Our fighters carried out 13 shooting operations and armed clashes with enemy forces.
- Our fighters detonated 10 explosive devices targeting enemy vehicles and soldiers.

2. Tulkarem, its camp, and Nour Shams camp:
- 8 shooting operations and clashes.
- 6 operations involving the detonation of explosive devices targeting enemy vehicles.

3. Al-Khalil:
- Our fighters threw several homemade explosive devices toward the "Karmei Tzur" settlement, located north of Hebron.

The enemy must know that our strikes will continue from where they least expect, and their strict measures will not prevent us from targeting them, their troubled army, and their cowardly settlers. We have delivered significant blows even at the height of their security alert.

We call on all our people to take up arms against the enemy and make them pay for their cowardly crimes. This entity will not be deterred from its crimes and plans to liquidate the Palestinian cause and displace our people except through force and resistance.
