We condemn and denounce the announcement by what is called the "American Court of Justice" of a lawsuit against the head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement, Commander Yahya Sinwar, and Palestinian leaders, accusing them of "terrorism" and carrying out Al-Aqsa Flood operation on October 7th. We consider this a clear bias in favor of the zionist oppressor at the expense of the victim, disregarding the suffering of the Palestinian people and absolving the occupation of the war crimes and genocide it has committed.

What the United States and its zionist-aligned judicial institutions are attempting—through their relentless support for the zionist enemy, defending it fiercely, and absolving it of its crimes against humanity, which are committed openly and witnessed by the world—will amount to nothing. The spread of diseases among prisoners and the prevention of visits are serious signs of the horrific zionist violations, with complicity from the political level.

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine warns of the widespread outbreak of infectious diseases among Palestinian prisoners inside the occupation’s prisons and of the decision by the occupation’s prison administration in "Ramon" and "Nafha" prisons to prevent lawyers from visiting prisoners. These are considered dangerous signs reflecting the severity of the practices and violations committed by the occupation against Palestinian prisoners, with the complicity and encouragement of the zionist political level.

The repressive and criminal measures against all prisoners, which have escalated since October 7th, are considered war crimes, manifesting in torture, slow execution, deliberate medical neglect, and starvation. These are no less severe than the crimes committed by the zionist war machine in the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank.

These crimes are committed despite the fact that relevant international institutions have comprehensive reports on the dangerous conditions inside the occupation’s prisons. However, they have failed to take any action in accordance with their mandate, principles, or programs to save the prisoners. As such, these institutions bear significant responsibility for these crimes.

Therefore, the Front calls on these institutions to stop their complicit policies and urgently intervene to end the suffering of the prisoners, sending international committees to inspect the prisons, document the crimes against the prisoners, and refer them to international courts.

The Front calls on the masses of our people and all the free people of the world to expand their support campaigns for the prisoners in various ways, to highlight their suffering in all international forums, and to expose the crimes of the occupation against them.

The most important military achievements accomplished by our forces in Saraya Al-Quds in the West Bank during the past 72 hours, following days of fierce battles with the occupation forces during the "Horror of the Camps" battle, where the enemy launched a brutal aggression against our people and their property in several cities in the West Bank as part of the Al-Aqsa Flood battle that our people are fighting against the occupier:

First:
Jenin Brigade: Our heroic fighters engaged in fourteen armed clashes with the enemy's invading forces on various combat axes, and our fighters detonated six explosive devices against enemy soldiers and vehicles, causing severe injuries in their ranks.

Second:
Tulkarem Brigade: Our fighters in the Brigade lured a group of enemy foot soldiers into a pre-prepared ambush in the Balawneh axis, in cooperation with a group of fellow fighters, and we inflicted casualties and injuries among the enemy forces. Our heroes also engaged in seven armed clashes with the enemy's forces on various combat axes and detonated four explosive devices against the enemy's invading vehicles.

Third:
Nablus Brigade: Our fighters in the Brigade engaged in four fierce clashes with the enemy's invading forces in the city and detonated an explosive device during one of the battles.

Indeed, it is a jihad of victory or martyrdom.
