O masses of our steadfast people, our patient and persevering supporters, our beloved ones and the light of our eyes, we must all understand the nature of the enemy’s plans and the objectives of its aggression, stemming from our Islamic and national responsibility. In this context, we affirm the following:

1. Through our jihad, resistance, and steadfastness, we will thwart the plans of displacement and surround our land with our blood.

2. The price of resistance is less than the price of surrender, and today it defends the dignity of the nation.

3. Unity on the battlefield of resistance will remain our strategic weapon after the help of Allah Almighty.

4. We will defeat the enemy in Jenin and its camp just as we did in Tulkarem and Tubas, by the will of Allah.

5. We assure our people and brothers that the resistance is in good shape and has returned to reorganize its ranks and build its capabilities in Tulkarem and Tubas.

6. The enemy will pay for every minute it spends over Jenin and its camp with iron and fire.

7. We affirm to everyone that we are managing the battle with wisdom and competence, and the enemy’s soldiers will witness various forms of death.

8. The field will reveal surprises that will crush the enemy and delight the friend.

In conclusion, we call upon our honorable people to declare a general mobilization and take to the streets with demonstrations and marches, and to activate the points of engagement with the enemy using all tools, to alleviate the pressure on Jenin and its proud camp, in the context of exhausting this tyrannical enemy.

It is a jihad of victory or martyrdom.
