Yesterday, it was confirmed that an Elbit Systems site was shut down following popular and community pressure using a variety of tactics for over a year, in a first of its kind victory in the US. This comes a few days after reports indicated that the site was vacated.
BDS Boston, one of the groups that mobilized to shut down Elbit, published the following statement. Attached are photos of the statement and some of the persistent actions that took place at the now closed site.

Elbit Systems has been forced to vacate 130 Bishop Allen Drive, Cambridge MA, the site of their "Cambridge Innovation Center" that was launched in 2021. This is a testament to our collective power.
Elbit's departure from Cambridge is the result of a year-long campaign of diverse tactics including weekly community pickets and property destruction. Sustained pressure from BDS Boston, Palestine Action US, Palestinian Youth Movement, students, and anonymous community members made Elbit's presence in Cambridge untenable.
Our work to eliminate Elbit's presence in our community is not done. We will fight to prevent Elbit from moving its "Cambridge Innovation Center" to another location. We will fight to sever Elbit's ties with MIT and other actors in the Boston area.
We are not acting alone. Community members from Florida to South Carolina and across Turtle Island are bringing this fight to Elbit's remaining U.S. facilities. Elbit's presence anywhere must be met with fierce resistance. Collectively, we can make it impossible for Elbit to sustain its operations.
Inspired by the courage of the Palestinian resistance in the face of genocide, we are more committed than ever to dismantling Elbit Systems and its collaborators. Our work is not done. We will not consider ourselves victorious until Palestine is free.

🚨 In the last 8 hours, the IOF has carried out a variety of attacks on southern Lebanon:
Artillery shelling targeted the outskirts of all of: Aita Al-Shaab, Naqoura, Shebaa, Khiam, in addition to the towns of Kfar Kila, Wadi Shebaa, and Alma Al-Shaab.
One airstrike each targeted Zibqine, Yaroun, and Tayr Harfa, while a drone targeted an area near Zibqine. Lastly, an incendiary attack (pictured) targeted the forested area near Yaroun with the aim of setting it on fire, and this was attempted twice.
