We in the resistance factions understand that the issue goes beyond Netanyahu. Yes, Netanyahu is playing with everyone, especially with the negotiating delegations he sends, because he sends delegations without any authority. He sent a delegation to Cairo in the past just to listen. If the delegation starts discussing main issues and approaches an agreement, he blocks the delegation and its powers because he has in mind that he doesn't want to, for personal reasons, then for political reasons related to the coalition and the current government, and also for ideological reasons.

The issue is not just Netanyahu, but the entire "israeli" society is extremist and leans towards extremism.

[Why do the mediators engage in this context?] We have two considerations: we want to send a message to our people that we are keen on stopping this massacre and these crimes. We are part of any chance to reach an agreement and agree to it. That’s why we agreed on July 2nd, and there was flexibility from the resistance factions.

This flexibility was represented in two things. First, the withdrawal from Gaza as it was, and stopping the war. But we agreed that the withdrawal would be phased, and also that the cessation of war would be phased.

We are keen to reach an agreement and have shown flexibility in accepting a phased cessation of the war.

In the second phase, we said we wanted a guarantee from the mediators that "israel" would not return. The second phase of the prisoner exchange should ensure that "israel" does not resume its aggression. They started playing with some words. The flexibility that the resistance factions show is out of concern to stop this aggression and massacres, but if we give "israel" the winning card, which is the captives, and then "israel" returns to occupy Gaza and now resumes operations and assassinations, it’s as if we are sentencing our people to death and handing over the only card that guarantees us the right to stop this aggression.

This is from the perspective of the resistance. But from the perspective of the mediators, the ball is in their court, and they must now realize and exert all efforts towards the issue of mediation.

[What would push Netanyahu towards any concession?] Firstly, he is defusing the anger of the street and the families of the captives are losing patience. He sends delegations and blames Hamas for the failure. In any case, the "israeli" street remains marginal. It hasn't reached the level of rebellion or paralyzing life in "israel," so they come, protest, and return home, set up tents, and speak out. These are extremists who prioritize the return of their sons followed by the return of war. And the opposition, well, it is worse than Netanyahu. Sa'ar is opposition, Gantz is opposition, and then there are the Russians like Lieberman—opposition? What kind of "opposition" is this? It's extremist opposition. It's not better than Netanyahu.

[Regarding resistance in the West Bank]: In general, the Palestinian cause is not just in Gaza but also in the West Bank. In Gaza, "israel" has tried over time to swallow it up with settlements or push it towards Egypt after Camp David or to Yasser Arafat in the Gaza-Areeha Agreement, but it has neither managed to swallow it nor expel it. It remained stuck in the throat, a thorn in the throat, coming out in the core national causes, and it was not isolated from these issues.

The Saif of Al-Quds battle was a prominent example of how Gaza interacts with national causes. But in terms of "israel's" strategic vision, this narrow strip of land, where more than 2.5 million Palestinians live, all ready for martyrdom, what does "israel" want with it on a demographic level? The problem is in the West Bank, which is the heart of this struggle. But for now, they still talk about a Palestinian Authority under a democratic administration or a renewed Palestinian Authority that works in full coordination with "israel."

There was the Oslo Accords; these lands were supposed to be transferred to the West Bank. Now his partners in the government, Smotrich and Ben Gvir, have won based on a new program called the "Decisive Plan" regarding the West Bank. This plan states that Palestinians who want to live in the West Bank will live in enclaves, work under "israeli" orders, or be expelled. If they refuse to leave, they will be killed. There is a plan to annex the West Bank.

[Regarding support fronts]: The support fronts are essential and important. In Lebanon, the "israeli" army cannot fight on two fronts, Gaza and Lebanon, simultaneously. It has delayed its operations because it is entangled in Gaza and cannot move to another front. Meanwhile, around 150,000 to 200,000 settlers in the north have become internally displaced refugees, which is a significant burden, in addition to the burden of refugees from the Gaza envelope.

So, you're talking about 300,000 to 400,000 people. During this war, both in the north and the south, around 500,000 people with dual citizenship have left "israel." Most of them are Ashkenazi, the ones who built the state, not those who came from Ethiopia or were gathered from other places. Therefore, these fronts are significant.

In the Red Sea, look at Ansarallah; despite being 2,000 kilometers away, they successfully sent a drone to "Tel Aviv." What they are doing in the Red Sea also affects "Eilat" and the "israeli" economy, hitting it hard. Eilat's trade and shipping are now at a standstill, and this has a significant impact. The occupation government's decision to fund zionist tours of Al-Aqsa Mosque is a dangerous escalation and playing with fire, leading the region towards a religious war for which the occupation and its supporters will bear responsibility. We call on our people and our nation to mobilize, rally, and stand in solidarity in defense of our people and our sanctities.

In the face of the fascist occupation government’s escalation of all forms of systematic targeting and implementation of its zionist agendas and plans against the sanctity, status, and identity of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque—which have not stopped at provocative incursions, attempts to impose temporal and spatial division, and the statement by one of its extremist ministers about building a Jewish temple in Al-Aqsa—the decision today to fund zionist-guided tours to the so-called "Temple Mount" for the first time, as claimed by this zionazi government, is a further step in their malicious plans to desecrate and judaize the blessed Al-Aqsa. Therefore, we in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) affirm the following:

First: This extremist fascist government is playing with fire, as it disregards the consequences of its zionist actions that violate the sanctity, status, and identity of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque for our Arab and Islamic nation. This dangerous escalation against the first qibla of Muslims and the second of the holy sanctuaries threatens to ignite a widespread religious war, for which the occupation, its extremist government, and all its supporting and participating parties, foremost among them the American administration, will bear full responsibility.

Second: The frantic and accelerated attempts by the zionist occupation to change the status quo at the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque will not succeed in erasing or obscuring the facts of reality and history—that it is an Islamic endowment that does not accept division. It was and will remain purely Islamic, and we will not accept any [other’s] sovereignty or legitimacy over any part of it, no matter the costs and sacrifices.

Third: We call on the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which was established to defend, support, and protect the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque from the zionist threat, to take responsibility and move seriously, effectively, and sustainably by all means, and to act as one against these policies, plans, violations, and escalating crimes against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque. We also demand that the administrative guardianship over Al-Aqsa Mosque fulfill its duty towards the blessed mosque and stand against the violations of the fascist occupation government.

Fourth: We urge our people in the West Bank, Al-Quds, and the occupied interior to mobilize, make visits, and maintain a presence at the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, intensifying all forms of resistance to the occupation and its extremists' attempts to violate the sanctity of Al-Aqsa, and to rise up against this fascist government in defense of Al-Aqsa.

Fifth: We call on the masses of our Arab and Islamic nation and all the free people of the world to rally and demonstrate in all arenas and capitals against the zionist occupation's crimes and aggression against our people, our land, and our Islamic and Christian sanctities, foremost among them Al-Quds and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to stand with our people's just cause for freedom, independence, self-determination, and an end to the occupation.

Sixth: The occupation's crimes, the genocide it is committing in the Gaza Strip, its rabid attacks in the West Bank and its camps, in occupied Al-Quds, and its aggressive policy against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque will not succeed in breaking the will of our people and the valor of our resistance. They will not succeed in achieving the occupation’s aggressive goals.

Our great people and our triumphant resistance, which have thwarted the enemy’s malicious plans at every stage of the conflict, will continue on the same path with all strength and capability until the occupation is defeated and removed, by God's will.
