There are currently approximately 9,500 Palestinians held captive inside Zionist jails, in addition to thousands more from Gaza held in the notorious military camps. They include people sentenced by the illegitimate military courts for every action sustaining Palestine ...and nearly 4,000 jailed without charge or trial under "administrative detention," & many more endlessly brought before military/civil courts to face allegations based on torture.
It is, of course, the right of people facing occupation & colonialism to resist by all means. The Zionist "courts" and their "sentences" have no legitimacy and are mechanisms of genocide and colonialism.
Today, the Ofer Military Court sentenced captive Palestinian Ismail Najib Faraj to 18.5 months in prison and a fine of 3,500 shekels on charges of participating in resisting the occupation. (photo 1)
The occupation forces abducted Faraj, 32 -- who has already spent 5 yrs in Zionist jails -- from his home during their invasion of Doha, Bethlehem, occupied Palestine, in April 2023, and subjected him to torturous interrogation for more than a month. He will be free in October.
Meanwhile, the illegitimate occupation military courts renewed the arbitrary detention, imprisonment without charge or trial, of captive Palestinian Ahmed Suleiman Hammad from Bethlehem for the third time for another 4 months. (photo 2)
Many Palestinians' court dates before the illegitimate military regime courts are repeatedly postponed. Today, the occupation military court postpones the hearing of captive Palestinian Jihad Zahran Abu Qubaita (abducted June 11) from Yatta, south of al-Khalil, until 10-15-2024. (photo 3)

After returning from the battle lines, our fighters reported executing a well-planned ambush that targeted a zionist force fortified in one of the houses with a TBG anti-fortification shell and another anti-personnel shell. They then detonated a previously rigged tunnel on a force of 5 soldiers who had advanced to the location, resulting in all of them being either killed or wounded in the area of Al-Qarara, northeast of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

They were martyred yesterday evening, Sunday, after being wounded by gunfire from the occupation forces on the vehicle they were in, near Salfit.

As a result of the "israeli" occupation's declaration that the area around Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Hospital is a military operation zone, and despite the panic this caused among patients and the fleeing of some from the hospital out of fear of a repeat of the scenarios where other hospitals were stormed, the Ministry of Health affirms that the hospital will continue to operate, and the health staff remains committed to delivering their mission. There are approximately 100 patients still in the hospital, including 7 in the intensive care unit.
The Ministry of Health also calls for the urgent need to protect the hospital, the patients, and the healthcare staff within it.
