The occupation re-arrests released prisoner Dania Hanatsha, bringing the number of arrests among those released in exchange deals to 24, of which 18 remain detained by the occupation.

Early Monday morning, the occupation forces arrested Birzeit University student and previously released prisoner Dania Hanatsheh, who was released as part of the exchange deals in November 2023. She was arrested from her family's home in Ramallah, raising the number of arrests among the released prisoners in exchange deals to 24, with 18 still held by the occupation, including 6 minors, 6 female prisoners, and 6 others who were no longer minors after their release.
The Prisoners' Club stated that some of those re-arrested were placed under administrative detention, including children and two female prisoners.

The Club highlighted that targeting former and released prisoners is one of the primary systematic policies historically used by the occupation and continues to be. Since the beginning of the genocide war after October 7, the occupation has intensified its targeting of former prisoners as part of daily arrest campaigns, peaking at the beginning of the war, where the number of daily arrests in the West Bank since the start of the genocide war has reached more than 10,100, in addition to thousands from Gaza.

The Prisoners' Club added that the policy of re-arresting released prisoners, although not new, represents a clear breach of the release deals, which is a dangerous indication and a message from the occupation to all released prisoners that they remain constant targets for arrest, even though these deals were made within the framework of truce agreements, not as part of a broad exchange deal with specific guarantees.

The Club further noted that arrest operations are not the only policy the occupation uses to pursue released prisoners; there is also the systematic assassination operation, which is another primary systematic policy historically used by the occupation and continues to be so. Recently, the occupation assassinated released prisoner Tariq Dawoud from Qalqilya and Wael Mashah from Nablus, both of whom were released during exchange deals.
The issue of re-arresting dozens of those released in the "Wafaa Al-Ahrar" deal in 2011 has been one of the most significant issues concerning the prisoners' movement in recent years.

It is noted that the number of women and children released in the exchange deals in November was 240.

In support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their brave and honorable resistance, the Islamic Resistance carried out a number of operations against "israeli" enemy army positions and deployments along the Lebanese-Palestinian border on Wednesday, 21-08-2024, as follows:

1. After monitoring and tracking "israeli" enemy forces, and upon spotting a group of their soldiers moving around the "Zarit" barracks, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted them with artillery shells.

2. The logistical base of "Tsnobar" in the occupied Syrian Golan was targeted with a barrage of Katyusha rockets in response to the "israeli" enemy's attack on the Bekaa region.

3. At 08:15, a target at the Hadab Yaroun site was struck with an attack drone, hitting it directly in response to the "israeli" enemy's attacks on the steadfast southern villages and safe homes, particularly in the town of Beit Lif.

4. At 09:30, the Hadab Yaroun site was targeted with artillery shells.

5. Aerial attacks with swarms of attack drones were launched on the northern corps' reserve headquarters and the logistics base of the Galilee Division in "Amiad," targeting command centers and the positions of officers and soldiers, hitting their targets accurately, in response to the "israeli" enemy's attack on the Bekaa region.

6. After tracking and monitoring "israeli" enemy forces at the Abbasiya site, an Islamic Resistance fighter spotted a Merkava tank and targeted it with a guided missile, hitting it directly.

7. At 14:20, the "Ramim" barracks (a battalion command post currently occupied by forces from the Golani Brigade) were targeted with a barrage of Katyusha rockets in response to the "israeli" enemy's attack and assassination in the town of Beit Lif.

8. At 14:45, the positions of "israeli" enemy soldiers at the "Misgav Am" site were targeted with rocket weapons, hitting them directly.

9. At 14:45, the Malikiyah site was targeted with artillery shells.

10. At 17:50, the surveillance equipment at the Birkat Risha site was targeted with appropriate weapons, hitting them directly.
