Brahma was abducted by the Palestinian Authority forces in July 2023 when he and his comrade Murad Malaysha of the Jaba' Brigade mobilized to head to Jenin to support their brothers in the Fury of Jenin battle. The PA refused to release Brahma to attend his father's funeral in March 2024, despite the orders for his release.
In November, Mohammed and Murad were assaulted by PA forces in the infamous Areeha prison, known for torture.
