Al-Qassam Brigades targeted a zionist "Namer" troop carrier with an Al-Yassin 105 shell in the vicinity of Al-Baraa Bin Azib Mosque in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, south of Gaza City.

On this day in 2014, the soldiers of the Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades executed one of the most historic operations in Palestinian memory.

With documentation of the entire operation, the heroes of the operation infiltrated the "Nahal Oz" IOF site outside of Gaza using the resistance's attack tunnels. Undetected, the elite unit of Al-Qassam crossed the colonial separation fence, killed ten "elite" IOF soldiers, seized an IOF weapon (Tavor number 0X9543852290). Every resistance fighter returned safely to Gaza via the same tunnel.

The next day, the Al-Qassam Brigades released the video, in which the screams of the unprepared IOF soldiers are heard loud and clear (2:55) as the elite Qassam unit shocked the world with its military capabilities at the height of the Asf Al-Ma'koul battle.

In follow-up interviews, fighters who carried out the raid noted that the operation itself was much easier than the training they had been preparing for months. "It did not deserve training for," one of the heroes said.

The news of the operation shocked friend and foe alike, and its clear documentation highlighted the true weakness of the fragile zionist enemy in the face of its arrogant leadership.

The Nahal Oz raid was but one of several heroic raids carried out during the battle, including the Abu Mutibaq raid and "Zikim" naval base raid. Every year, the resistance continues to grow more powerful and determined.
