In light of the increasing areas that the occupation forces residents to evacuate forcibly in the southern Gaza Strip, the Ministry of Health confirms the following:

It is no longer possible to reopen the European Hospital despite the urgent need for it.

Several primary healthcare centers are out of service (Bani Suheila Center, Jurat Al-Lout Center, Abasan Center, Al-Qarara Center), in addition to several field medical points.

The increase in the number of displaced persons and their overcrowding without water, near sewage water flows, and amidst accumulated waste without personal hygiene materials makes the situation ripe for the spread of the polio virus and other diseases that spread like wildfire among the displaced masses.

The expansion of forced displacement areas indicates that evacuation may reach the vicinity of Nasser Hospital, the only hospital still operating despite all challenges and obstacles. The shutdown of Nasser Hospital would lead to a certain health disaster.

The Ministry of Health appeals to all international and UN institutions and relevant parties for urgent and rapid intervention to protect the remaining health institutions, ensure their continued service delivery, and provide them with the necessary resources and needs.

Updated... Statistics of the massacre by the occupation targeting Khadija School (a field medical point) in the Deir al-Balah area a short while ago resulted in 30 martyrs and over 100 injuries, including critical cases.

Updated... Statistics of the massacres by the occupation in Khan Younis since this morning resulted in 23 martyrs and over 89 injuries, including critical cases.

A number of victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, unreachable by ambulance and civil defense crews.

The toll from the "israeli" aggression has risen to 39,258 martyrs and 90,589 injuries since last October 7th.

The heinous massacre committed by the fascist occupation army at Sayyida Khadija School in Deir al-Balah, which houses thousands of displaced persons, by targeting the schoolyard and a field medical point with three bombs dropped by its warplanes, resulting in the martyrdom of dozens of displaced persons, patients, and the injured, most of whom are children and women, is a brutal crime that confirms this terrorist enemy's detachment from all human values and its ongoing defiance of all war laws that stipulate the protection of civilians.

The terrorist occupation government continues to commit the most heinous massacres against unarmed civilians, in cold blood and without any deterrent, under the criminal cover provided by the American administration and its absolute support for the genocide in the Gaza Strip politically and militarily, shackling justice from taking its role in holding zionist war criminals accountable, who have surpassed all limits of fascism.

We call on the masses of our Arab and Islamic nations, and the free people of the world, to rise and pressure to stop the ongoing war of genocide, starvation, and destruction in the Gaza Strip.
