Comrade Jamil Mezher, Deputy Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, affirmed that the "Beijing Declaration," reached with Chinese efforts and sponsorship, is an advanced step to arrange the Palestinian house. It can constitute a new phase, with the objective now being to build on it with practical and executive measures.
The Deputy Secretary-General said, "This time we felt determination and seriousness to reach an agreement and overcome obstacles from all parties, in light of the ongoing zionist genocide war on Gaza Strip, the serious challenges facing the Palestinian cause, and the escalating zionist actions on the ground in the West Bank and Al-Quds."
He added that the Popular Front made tremendous efforts during the round of dialogue to reach this national agreement, seeing a glimmer of hope and a strong opportunity to move forward in its implementation. He stressed that the agreement represents the achievement of a national strategy, and success in setting a specific timetable and procedures for implementation will enable us to achieve this agreement by learning from past experiences.
