A New Step to Liquidate Refugee Rights: Enemy Parliament "Knesset" Passes a Bill that Considers "UNRWA"a "Terrorist Organization"

- The passing of a bill by the enemy parliament "Knesset" in the first reading that considers the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) as a "terrorist organization" is a systematic step that comes within the context of the old and new zionist plan aimed at liquidating UNRWA and erasing the rights of Palestinian refugees, including their inherent right to return to their lands from which they were displaced.

- This decision is illegitimate and issued by an illegitimate tool of the terrorist occupation, aiming to cement systematic plans aimed at eliminating UNRWA as a political witness to our people's Nakba and the refugee tragedy and as an active body in providing humanitarian aid and basic services to Palestinian refugees. It attempts to falsely legalize measures aimed at eliminating refugee rights by dissolving UNRWA.

- This decision aims to pave the way for accelerated measures against the rights of Palestinian refugees in the occupied West Bank and Al-Quds as part of the ongoing zionist Judaization plan for complete control and imposition of military and administrative rule over the West Bank and Al-Quds. It is a complementary step to the targeting that UNRWA, its services, and its workers in Gaza have faced, including the destruction of its headquarters, the killing of its employees, and preventing it from fulfilling its duties towards the residents of the Gaza Strip who are suffering from a zionist genocide.

- This decision reveals the true face of organized zionist terrorism and its continuous and systematic practices against UNRWA. It reflects the extent of direct American partnership in attempting to end UNRWA’s work and liquidate the right of return, amidst complicity and silence from UN institutions.

- We call on the free people of the world and the international community to confront these decisions that target the rights of Palestinian refugees and international will and to hold this rogue zionist entity accountable as an occupying force and its leaders as war criminals for the war crimes they have committed against the Palestinian people, refugees, and UNRWA workers.

We in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) warn against any harm to the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and affirm that our Palestinian people, its revolutionary youth, and its valiant resistance will not allow any changes imposed by the fascist occupation authorities on the status of Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa, and their Arab and Islamic identity.

We call upon our Palestinian people in the West Bank, Al-Quds, and the occupied interior to mobilize, and to perform Ribat (stationing) and I'tikaf (spiritual retreat) in Al-Aqsa Mosque and its courtyards starting from tomorrow morning, Tuesday.
