The following was agreed upon by 14 Palestinian factions at the end of the reconciliation meeting in Beijing, China today, including Hamas, PIJ, PFLP, DFLP, and Fatah:

- The Palestinian factions welcome the opinion of the International Court of Justice, which confirmed the illegality of presence, occupation, and settlement.
- Continuing to follow up on the implementation of the agreements to end the division that took place with the help of Egypt, Algeria, China, and Russia.
- Commitment to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with its capital in Al-Quds in accordance with international resolutions, especially 181 and 2334, and ensuring the right of return.
- We affirm the right of the Palestinian people to resist occupation and end it in accordance with international laws, the UN Charter, and the right of peoples to self-determination.
- To form a temporary national unity government with the consensus of Palestinian factions and by a decision of the president based on the Palestinian Basic Law.
- The formed government exercises its powers and authorities over all Palestinian territories, confirming the unity of the West Bank, Al-Quds, and the Gaza Strip.
- To resist and thwart attempts to displace our people from their homeland, especially from the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and Al-Quds.
- Working to lift the barbaric siege on our people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank and deliver humanitarian and medical aid without restriction or condition.

🚨 In an unprecedented move, the treacherous Palestinian Authority extended the detention of activist and political prisoner Fakhri Jaradat until November 5th, 2024 on charges of "defaming the PA." It is the first time in the history of the Palestinian judiciary where a political prisoner has been held for so long on charges of "defamation."
Both Fakhri and fellow activist Ghassan Al-Saadi have announced open-ended hunger strikes in the PA's prisons, with Fakhri having not eaten for the last 5 days. Fakhri is on his 15th day of detention, while Ghassan is on his 7th.
It is notable that Jaradat is a former companion of PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat, and like Ghassan, has been previously abducted for criticizing the PA, especially after the PA's murder of Nizar Banat. Most recently, he delivered a short speech in Jenin stating that the PA does not represent the Palestinian people.

This morning, the IOF bulldozed over 20 buildings in Anata, east of occupied #AlQuds, including a wedding hall and sheep pens. A large number of IOF soldiers and bulldozers stormed the town, closing off nearby neighborhoods.
According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Committee, the occupation demolished 318 structures and issued demolition orders for 359 others in the West Bank in the first half of 2024. 20,000 homes in Al-Quds are threatened with demolition.
In 2023, 268 demolitions were documented in Al-Quds, with over half occurring after October 7th. In the first six months of 2024, 153 demolitions were carried out in Al-Quds, mostly in Jabal Al-Mukabber, Issawiya, Shu'fat, Beit Hanina, and Sur Baher, most of them self-demolished.
These events are only a few series of demolitions, either by the occupation itself or forcing the homeowners, as part of the zionist entity's ethnic cleansing policy. Last week, the occupation stole 119 acres of Palestinian land to connect settlements and announced the seizure of agricultural fertilizers.
