The "israeli" occupation army launched a new aggression on Khan Younis Governorate (southern Gaza Strip) this morning, committing crimes against humanity through indiscriminate shelling of citizens' homes and gatherings of displaced people in the area, resulting in 57 martyrs, including a large number of children and women. Nasser Medical Complex alone received 49 martyrs, while other martyrs were taken to other hospitals, and some bodies remained in the streets as government teams were unable to reach them due to the intensity of the "israeli" occupation's shelling, which targeted Civil Defense teams. This crime also resulted in 196 injuries within just 10 hours.
We have received information about other martyrs in the streets and under the rubble of targeted homes, in addition to receiving reports and pleas from 1,217 families urging government teams to rescue them from the intense and indiscriminate shelling carried out by the "Israeli" occupation army against civilians and displaced people in the governorate.
During these hours, the occupation army bombed at least 10 homes, some with their residents inside.
The occupation army carried out its intense and continuous aerial and artillery bombardment simultaneously with the citizens' attempt to evacuate their homes due to the eviction and displacement orders issued by the "israeli" occupation, which have been repeated for the second time since the beginning of this month in Khan Younis. This exposes the falsehood of the humanitarian area, which the occupation army targeted dozens of times, committing numerous massacres.
The "israeli" occupation army systematically and premeditatedly commits crimes against humanity with prior planning and intent, forcing tens of thousands of displaced people and civilians to leave their homes and shelters where they live under difficult conditions.
