The Saudis must stop their unjustifiable course of action, and their talk of being under American pressure is unjustified and unacceptable.

Leave us to face America with all its vast capabilities; it has much more than you [Saudi Arabia] do. You will not succeed in stopping our support operations for the Palestinian people, nor in limiting them, and you will not force our people to retreat from their stance, and you will lose.

When you involve yourself, you will lose more than the Americans lost, for you have much closer to us that can be targeted and cause you significant harm.

We have sent many messages advising the Saudis and warning them to leave us alone in our direct war with the Americans, "israelis," and British.

Statements by the Saudi foreign minister and others have deviated significantly and are now echoing the same logic of the "israelis," Americans, and British regarding operations in the Red Sea.

Saudi harassment of local banks and companies are unjust and aggressive steps that cannot be accepted or overlooked.

We have warned the Saudis in your voice so that they do not imagine that the stance is merely media rhetoric and to let them know that we spoke with your voice and directed according to your orientation.

Despite every agent's efforts, we are steadfast in our stance and will continue our operations with ballistic and cruise missiles, drones, and the Toofan boat as long as the "israeli" aggression continues.

Our teams in the Gaza Strip continue their humanitarian duty in rescue operations and searching for those missing under the rubble of homes destroyed by the “israeli” occupation, amidst the ongoing “israeli” genocide war against civilians, now entering its 279th day. This war has resulted in continuous killings, targeting of inhabited homes, destruction of infrastructure, and the eradication of all life necessities, all in front of the world's eyes.

It is well-known that the Civil Defense in Gaza faces immense suffering due to a lack of equipment and capabilities, unavailability of fuel, and the exhaustion of Human Resources. Moreover, our teams cannot deal with simultaneous attacks or respond to citizens' distress calls, making it difficult to search for the missing under the rubble and preventing access to the trapped, injured, and wounded in their homes, leading to many deaths.

The “israeli” occupation has continued its incursion into Al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood for the second time, lasting 12 days, during which most of the buildings and homes that survived the first incursion were destroyed, rendering more than 85% of them uninhabitable. The infrastructure was completely destroyed, turning Al-Shuja’iyya into a devastated area unfit for life.

During all its invasions into Gaza, the “israeli” occupation has prevented Civil Defense teams from entering, including in Al-Shuja’iyya, where they were barred from responding to the cries of those trapped in their homes.

Upon the withdrawal of the “israeli” army from Al-Shuja’iyya, our teams, in coordination with the neighborhood's residents, have so far managed to recover around 60 martyrs.

According to testimonies from some residents permitted to leave their homes during the “israeli” incursion into Al-Shuja’iyya, the “israeli” army, after assuring them of their safety, fired tank shells at them directly a few meters away, killing two women and injuring two children. Two other women managed to escape and survive.

The occupation did not stop there; it also completely destroyed the Sabha Medical Clinic, which served over 60,000 residents in the neighborhood, providing first aid during the war to the injured and sick. Unfortunately, it is now completely destroyed and unusable.

For the fifth consecutive day, “israeli” forces have been invading various areas in Tal Al-Hawa, especially the industrial zone, where killing, destruction, and targeting of homes above the heads of residents continue. Women and children who tried to flee their homes due to the intense shelling were targeted by snipers, artillery, and aircraft, resulting in the martyrdom of over 50 people, mostly women, in this area alone. The “israeli” ground operation is still ongoing, with numerous appeals reaching us, but we are unable to respond due to a lack of coordination and protection for our teams to enter these classified red zones. We inform the world that thousands of civilian lives are at risk due to the presence of occupation forces in these civilian areas.

In light of this, we affirm the following:

We declare that the Shuja’iyya area is uninhabitable and lacks all life necessities.

With more than 85% of buildings and homes destroyed in Al-Shuja’iyya, over 120,000 citizens are now homeless and in the open.

We urgently call for the immediate supplying of fuel, equipment, and vehicles for Civil Defense teams to rescue citizens and search for the missing.

We strongly condemn the ongoing prevention of Civil Defense teams from reaching areas where citizens' distress calls are emanating, which is a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions.

Without heavy equipment such as excavators and loaders, our efforts will remain insufficient, resulting in more lives lost under the rubble.

The continued presence of thousands of bodies under the rubble poses a serious health risk due to exposure to sunlight and the emission of odors, leading to the spread of diseases and epidemics.
