They announce that the Mujahideen Brigades had recruited current prisoner Shehadeh Abu Al-Qi’an as part of its newly-revealed Occupied Interior Martyrs Unit, which operates inside of occupied Palestine. He was assigned by the Brigades to infiltrate the IOF, which he did successfully, becoming a soldier and sending valuable information to the resistance.

Your brigade, the Jenin Brigade, was and will remain the fortified shield of resistance. It is the solid wall whose foundations were laid with the blood of martyrs, the sufferings of heroic prisoners, and the steadfastness of our honorable people in the occupied West Bank.
We salute our people in the heroic Silat al-Harithiya, and especially the families of the martyrs, the most honorable of all of us, and the families of the brave prisoners of whom we were and will remain proud of them and their deeds, heroism and honorable history.
Some parties have taken advantage of the statement of the Jenin Brigade and the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades in Jenin, whose true purpose has been distorted. Hence, the aim of this statement was that we in the Jenin Brigade did not provide any assistance to anyone, and we are far from any internal quarrels. Some parties have tried to exploit the event of the prisoners' escape to distort the resistance and the Brigade to bring us into a field that we are not a part of at all.
