Hospitals and health centers are suffering from a severe shortage of essential medicines and medical supplies necessary to continue providing vital medical services to save the lives of patients and the injured. These supplies have either run out or are about to run out.

The most affected areas include emergency and reception medicines, anesthesia, intensive care, surgeries, as well as cancer patients who have been unable to travel and whose treatment has been limited to palliative care due to the lack of specific medications.

Additionally, kidney dialysis patients, especially children (putting the lives of approximately 1,000 dialysis patients at risk), primary health services like maternal and child health, reproductive health, chronic disease medications, and psychiatric drugs are also affected.

The Ministry of Health appeals to all international and UN organizations and relevant bodies to urgently intervene and provide the necessary medicines and medical supplies to save the lives of patients and the injured.

"Israel" deliberately targets shelters for displaced persons in Gaza and kills them under the UN flag.

We have documented the intensification of "israeli" bombing on shelters on the heads of displaced persons inside and targeting areas declared as humanitarian zones, insisting on imposing forced displacement and destroying all basic life necessities.

"Israeli" forces are escalating operations to bomb civilian objects and mass killings of civilians, targeting UN refugee centers, committing mass murder in these locations.

The pattern of "israeli" bombing indicates a clear policy aimed at stripping Gaza of any sense of safety and depriving Palestinians of shelter or even momentary stability by continuing bombings across the Strip, focusing on UN school shelters.

We have documented four strikes since dawn on Tuesday against shelters, in addition to the destruction of several homes on their inhabitants, resulting in dozens of deaths and injuries, most of them women and children.

Among the "israeli" airstrikes, the Abdel Fattah Hamoud school sheltering displaced persons in central Gaza was targeted, resulting in the martyrdom of eight displaced persons, all from the Al-Jarou family: an elderly woman, her son, his wife, and their five children.

On the same morning, "israeli" aircraft bombed the "Asmaa J" school belonging to UNRWA, sheltering displaced persons in Al-Shati camp, west of Gaza, leading to the martyrdom of 11 displaced persons, including five women and four children.

"Israeli" planes also bombed the "Industry" site of the UNRWA, targeting two rooms at the western gate of the building, resulting in the death of four workers from the humanitarian aid security committees.

In addition to bombing shelters, "israeli" aircraft have bombed at least 12 homes across the Strip in the past 24 hours, resulting in dozens of deaths and injuries, with some still under the rubble.

The widening circle of targeting UN-flagged shelters and homes housing displaced persons indicates the falsity of "israeli" justifications, and the bombing violates the principles of distinction, necessity, proportionality, and taking necessary precautions.

The repeated attacks on UN buildings, killing displaced persons inside, as well as destroying and burning them, is a blatant challenge to international humanitarian law and constitutes war crimes in itself.

We renew our call for all countries to take on their international responsibilities by imposing effective sanctions on "israel" and stopping all forms of political, financial, and military support and cooperation provided to it.

We urge the International Criminal Court to proceed with investigating all crimes committed by "israel" in Gaza and to expand the investigation of individual criminal responsibility for these crimes to include all those responsible and issue arrest warrants against them.
