The criminal Egyptian businessman Ibrahim Arjani, whose military-affiliated company holds a 51% state in the company (Hala) that operates the now-closed Rafah crossing, directly admitted to the New York Times that he raised the prices of crossing to Egypt to extortive amounts "due to demand."
Arjani has, after years, removed mention of "Hala," which he refers to as a "VIP tourism service" on his company's website.
This follows after months of denial of price increases by the normalizing Egyptian regime, in contrast to thousands of accounts of Gazans being forced to pay $5,000 to $10,000 to exit via the Rafah crossing. Before the war, the price was $700, before it increased to $3,000 when it started. Notably, the per capita GDP before the war in Gaza was about $1,000.
Arjani is closely affiliated with the Sisi regime, runs militias, and also had a large role in building the displacement camps for Gazans in Sinai, which were effectively money laundering schemes for his group, as construction contracts were granted to his companies.

🚨 The IOF has heavily intensified its bombing of Gaza City in the last hour, specifically targeting the west and south of the city in the northern #Gaza Strip.
Warplanes carried out airstrikes in the west, while incessant artillery shelling is targeting the east in addition to a recent airstrike on Shuja'iyya. Martyrs and wounded were reported as a result of artillery shelling in the city.
Martyrs and wounded were also reported as a result of the IOF bombing the Ashour family home in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood.
Additionally, the IOF opened fire on tents of the displaced in Mawasi, west of Rafah. Civil Defense teams were also able, after two days, to recover 4 martyrs of the Al-Ra'i family who ascended in a bombing of Nusseirat camp: a mother and her three children. 7 martyrs had ascended in the strike.

Al-Qassam fighters set up a tight ambush for an armored zionist force and prepared a special explosive mine with a large explosive power, planted under its route after several days of surveillance on Al-Bahar Street south of Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood west of Rafah city.
When the force passed in the early minutes of this morning and a Merkava tank positioned over the mine, the fighters detonated it, destroying the tank—completely—and killing its crew. The operations to evacuate the remains of the dead soldiers and the tank's wreckage lasted several hours.

In light of this statement issued by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, we in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) are preparing a comprehensive legal memorandum to respond to all the false accusations contained therein.
The movement affirms the following:
Firstly: The Prosecutor's statement was full of inaccuracies and errors, showing bias towards the occupation state, which practices genocide against our people in the Gaza Strip, in addition to the crimes of the occupation army and settler gangs in the West Bank and occupied Al-Quds.
Secondly: The Prosecutor began his steps by sympathizing with "israeli" victims and their families, visiting and listening to them in their settlements, while showing no sympathy for our people, who continue to suffer from genocide, blockade, and starvation. The number of martyrs and wounded so far exceeds 120,000 civilians, in addition to the destruction of more than 70 percent of the buildings and institutions in the Gaza Strip, particularly targeting the health and education sectors.
Thirdly: The Prosecutor erred in considering that the zionist entity has the right to self-defense like other states, forgetting that the primary crime from which all tragedies originate is the occupation, which is a crime according to international norms and laws.
Here, we reiterate that it is the right and duty of our people to resist the occupation by all possible means, including armed resistance, a fact recognized by international laws but overlooked by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court.
Fourthly: The Prosecutor also erred in considering that the history of the conflict began on October 7, disregarding more than 76 years of occupation and massacres suffered by our people. We remind the Prosecutor that the occupation has imposed a deadly blockade on the Gaza Strip since 2006.
The occupation has launched four devastating wars against our people in the Gaza Strip over the past years. Therefore, the UN Secretary-General stated that "the events of October 7 did not occur in a vacuum."
In this context, we confirm that the Prosecutor obtained his information about the events of October 7 from the misleading "israeli" media sources that lack professionalism and credibility.
Fifthly: The Prosecutor believed the "israeli" claims of a plan for systematic sexual assaults, yet the occupation could not provide a single piece of evidence. It is appalling that the Prosecutor repeated these accusations and attributed them to the movement's leadership, along with the occupation's false claims of torture, genocide, and other lies!
Sixthly: The Prosecutor's bias was glaring when he directed accusations and requested an arrest warrant for the head of the movement, a political figure living outside Gaza who has suffered greatly like all our people, with the criminal occupation targeting and killing his sons and grandchildren. Meanwhile, the Prosecutor ignored directing any accusations against the "israeli" Chief of Staff, who orders all operations of killing, destruction, and genocide, and repeatedly appears in the field!
In conclusion, the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) reaffirms its respect for international law, while the "israeli" occupation state rebels against it and international legitimacy decisions, scorns international justice and its decisions, and accuses it of bias and anti-Semitism. The movement emphasizes that it will fight to achieve justice and victory for our people. It also confirms that the Prosecutor and the International Criminal Court face a historical test of their credibility, and the world needs genuine equality and effective justice away from the dominance and arrogance of major powers and their influence.

The Yemeni people have made a clear and explicit stance in support of Gaza, and the operation has achieved its objectives on all levels.
The Yemeni operation has achieved significant objectives by distracting the American and Western positions, particularly those of the United States and Britain.
The operation proved that there is a genuine Axis of Resistance that speaks and acts, a real Axis that rises and moves when necessary.
The Yemeni operation has achieved an important goal by eliminating the abhorrent sectarianism.
For decades, the "israelis" and Americans, through some submissive and normalizing countries, have tried to present the conflict as an Arab-Persian one.
The Yemeni stance came to embody the true meaning of prioritizing the Palestinian cause over our own difficult situation.
Yemen serves as a testament to the other regimes that hold the keys to the siege, economic punishment, and many other measures they haven't undertaken.
The American and British military operations came to protect "israel" and not to stabilize Yemen.
The American and British operations failed just like the operations that took place in Yemen over the past nine years.
There is significant popular mobilization similar to what happened during the aggression on Yemen, which led to a state of motivation.
Yemen has wise leadership and a great people known throughout history for facing aggressors, whoever they may be.
The targets struck by the aggression in some areas were hit dozens of times in the previous aggression.
The American and British enemies will fail as they did in Gaza, which is only a few square kilometers; thus, it is more likely they will fail in Yemen.
Yemen's capabilities have become clear, and Western generals talk about the terror they felt while at sea.
The impactful operations demonstrate advanced technical and qualitative capabilities and significant military development despite the siege and targeting.
Today, Yemen has achieved what was once impossible, benefitted from the experiences of some countries in the Axis in manufacturing and training.
Drone manufacturing in Yemen has become very advanced, as well as ballistic missiles and technical, logistical, and intelligence capabilities.
We received messages from the United States through some mediators stating that they do not want to expand the conflict or any Yemeni support for Gaza. The response from the leader was that if they are keen on not expanding the conflict, they should stop the zionist arrogance.
There were offers to allow the continuation of the Yemeni-Saudi understandings in exchange for Yemen stopping its stance.
Whatever the brothers in Palestine and resistance leaders decide regarding any agreement or suspension or truce of military operations, Yemen will comply.
Cooperation between support fronts aims to increase pressure on the occupation, and it is not ruled out that there could be joint operations.
The agreement with Saudi Arabia was ready until the "israeli" aggression and subsequent American and Western actions disrupted the path of the agreement with Saudi Arabia.
We hope that the Saudis do not slip again into implementing economic measures or punishments against the Yemeni people in service of "israel."
The talk about Sana'a receiving money in exchange for allowing ships to pass is ridiculous and false. If it were true, "israeli" ports wouldn't be paralyzed, and ships wouldn't sink in the sea.
This propaganda falls apart in the face of operations, American fleets, and the truth that everyone sees and the military operations.
Any targeting or arrest of espionage suspects in Yemen is not based on their employment with the United Nations, any embassy, or any organization.
The arrests have purely security motives, and some weak-minded individuals working in organizations provide information to external agencies.
Those proven innocent among the detainees will be released immediately.
