🚨 The Awaidat family has confirmed that Thaer Awaidat is in fact alive, but in intensive care. Thaer Awaidat was shot and then abducted by occupation forces on February 6 during the massacre in Aqabat Jaber refugee camp, #Areeha.

Following the massacre, the brutal zionist government falsely informed the Palestinian Ministry of Health that Thaer was martyred. He remains detained by the occupation while undergoing medical treatment.

Occupation forces have mandated strip searches at the #Shuafat checkpoint for the express purpose of collective punishment against Palestinians. Those who refuse to comply are brutally beaten by IOF soldiers.

First: We declare civil disobedience throughout the camp and the closure of all roads for the sake of the women of the camp who are assaulted by the dirty hands of the enemies of Allah Almighty.

Second: Whenever we remain silent, they continue to abuse the honorable youth of the camp and search them while they are going to their work and schools to learn, beating them and undressing them in the coldest of weather.

We announce a gathering at the Abu Obeida Mosque this afternoon to close all roads and confront the damned occupation that tortured the camp's women.

The Prisoners’ Organization: The administration of the “israeli” prison “Ofer” informs Palestinian prisoners of its intention to impose further sanctions against them after they carried out acts of disobedience in the prisons. The prisoners confirm that they are continuing with their disobedience despite the escalating threats against them.

The Supreme Administrative Court issued a decision on Monday to immediately release the Lions' Den (and Al-Qassam Brigades) fighter Musab Shtayyeh, declaring his imprisonment illegal. Musab has been imprisoned and tortured—despite health issues—by the traitorous Palestinian Authority since September 2022.

Musab was kidnapped for mistakenly raising his weapon (but not firing) at PA forces, thinking that they were IOF. "Don't leave me here; this is not my place," said Musab in a leaked letter.

Yet, the Authority refuses to release Musab, in defiance of their own courts. It remains to be seen whether they will follow through with the decision or continue to drag their feet.

🚨 The illegitimate Knesset, in a pathetic attempt to quell the rising tide of resistance in #AlQuds and elsewhere in Palestine, approved today a law that would strip citizenship from Palestinians and their family members if one of them carried out a resistance operation. Further, the family would be forcibly deported from their own land; Ben-Gvir suggests "to Gaza", while others suggest PA-controlled areas.

This move is highly illegal, reinforcing the ethnic cleansing policy and waging collective punishment for the "crime" of righteous resistance amidst an existential liberation struggle.

We in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) condemn in the strongest terms the approval of the so-called zionist "Knesset" of a racist occupation law aimed at deporting the prisoners of Al-Quds and occupied Palestine in 1948, under the so-called law of withdrawing "nationality" or permanent residency under the pretext of their resistance to the occupation and its racist policies.

We consider it a persistent violation of the rights of our Palestinian people in their land and their historical homeland and an overt Judaizing occupation policy to forcibly deport our people. This requires an international movement to reject these racist occupation laws and the undergoing of the necessary punitive measures against the zionist entity for its grave and repeated violations of the most basic standards of human rights.

We affirm that our people in Al-Quds and our lands occupied in 1948 will remain attached to their land and homeland as well as an integral component of the Palestinian people. Their identity and their civilization extends throughout history. They will not be intimidated by arbitrary racist laws and will continue their struggle against the occupation and its fascist policies, remaining a protective shield for this blessed land and our and Islamic and Christian sanctities.
