🚨 A child was seriously wounded along with three others in Shaqra, southern Lebanon, following an IOF strike targeting the town this afternoon. It is the second day in a row that children are targeted in the town.
Additionally, the Amel clinic in Kafr Hamam was damaged after artillery shelling targeted the entrance to the town.
Since the latest update, IOF artillery shelling targeted the outskirts between Shihine and Zibqin, Al-Labouna area at the outskirts of Al-Naqoura, the outskirts of Blida, Khiam, and the town of Rmeish causing a power outage in several southern villages.
This series of attacks today follows two days of calm on the northern front, as Hezbollah paused their operations targeting IOF sites to keep their people safe during Eid. However, the battle picked up as the enemy faced an attack on a different front: the displaced people of southern Lebanon returning home.
The occupation was enraged by the fact that the Lebanese resistance dictated the pace of the battle and at losing face in front of their settlers watching the residents of the south, owners of the land, return home while the resistance continued to impose a ban on over 200,000 colonizers in the northern settlements.
Following in the footsteps of their protectors, the enemy's defeat at the people's hands was evident. In revenge, and in an attempt to spark a response from the resistance, the enemy took out its rage on the civilians of the south and also assassinated a fighter.
The enemy makes no distinction between armed and unarmed owners of the land. This affirms our belief in the fact that we are the resistance, and the resistance is us. The people pledged to return, confident that they will for as long as they have a resistance that has their backs, and they have theirs.
