The Council of Ministers in Lebanon has decided to demand that French authorities release Lebanese revolutionary figure Georges Abdallah, who has completed his sentence in French prisons and whose continued detention is deemed illegal.

This was revealed in decision number 3 by the council which listed in its second article that the council has appointed the Ministry of Justice to request the release of Georges Abdallah to the Lebanese authorities.

The first article of the decision mentions that the ministers in the session on June 14 agreed to issue a draft decree to surrender a wanted Algerian-French citizen held in Lebanon to the French authorities.

Abdallah completed the minimum portion of his life sentence in 1999, but French authorities denied his eight parole requests. The judiciary agreed several times to these requests, given that the French Interior Ministry planned on deporting him, but that decision was never taken.

Another fighter (at 0:40) states: "We want to tell our popular cradle that we are here to protect them, fighting in a very limited geographical area to avoid our people and our family from being bombed and to not give the 'israeli' enemy an excuse to target them. Not only are we well; we are a above thousand times well. We have been fighting for 8 months, and we are capable of fighting for 8 years. It will not make a difference to us, neither time, circumstances, difficulties, nor the ascension of martyrs.

We value your patience very highly. You are our supportive cradle, and our protective back. We continue with your prayers. We continue with your moral support. Truly, we feel we have a force to be reckoned with supporting us. Allah willing, we will reach victory with you."

At 1:25, a fighter sends a message to the people of Gaza:
"Our people in Gaza, your patience is something to be taught. You are a society based on the Holy Quran and adhering to it, a society that cannot be defeated by blood nor martyrdom.

The sight of children is very harsh, very difficult, but just as we gain strength, you gain strength. This is our incentive and motivation for us to stand with you."

In a message to the enemy and settlers (1:53):
"I want to send a message to the enemy and especially to the settlers of the enemy: your government is lying to you. Every time someone comes to the north and tells you that 'We want to respond to Hezbollah', and this minister of yours was saying the other day that 'We need to push the people of the south behind the Litani River.' For the 253rd day in a row, the Martyr Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades continue to confront the zionist forces penetrating into several areas of the Gaza Strip, which has so far resulted in the killing of hundreds of enemy officers and soldiers and the wounding of tens of thousands, in addition to the complete or partial destruction of hundreds of vehicles. The bombing of the enemy's sites and settlements in the Gaza envelope continues, as well as the striking of its military gatherings in the various areas of the incursion.

For his part, the military spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Obeida, called in a brief text on the pilgrims to the House of Allah to remember their brothers in Gaza and Palestine with their sincere prayers in the holy sites, and added: “We perform the duty of jihad against the occupying usurping enemies of Allah on behalf of the great Islamic nation.” and stressed that “The Hajj rituals are an opportunity to remind the nation of two billion Muslims about the reality of our struggle with our enemy, who desecrates the Prophet's path [Al-Aqsa] and spreads corruption and Judaization there every day.”

On the other hand, Abu Obeida said in a second text, commenting on the operation carried out by the Qassam fighters in Rafah: “Our complex and qualitative operation today in Rafah is a new confirmation of the enemy’s failure in the face of our resistance and a painful blow to his army... and we have more. Our painful strikes on the enemy will continue everywhere he is present.” The occupation army will find nothing but ambushes of death in any part of our land, with Allah’s help.
