The future of Gaza after the war is not part of the negotiations and that the occupation has no say in it. The management of the Rafah crossing is an internal Palestinian matter and is not subject to negotiation.
The Movement asked the mediators to provide real guarantees to respect the agreement and implement all its clauses clearly without room for interpretation.
