After more than eight months of legendary and heroic steadfastness by our proud and patient people in the face of the most heinous crimes of cowardly zionist terrorism and murder, and in light of the zionist enemy's military and intelligence failure despite its material superiority and unlimited international support for its crimes, and with the steadfastness and creativity of the heroic resistance writing the most splendid epics of sacrifice and breaking the pride of this enemy and its army and rubbed its nose in the pure soil of Gaza, Netanyahu and the enemy's fascist government insist on evading the requirements of ending the war and attempt to prolong the war to achieve personal and partisan goals that serve the extreme right-wing.
In light of the zionist intransigence and the deceit of the American administration, which remains a partner in the brutal aggression against our people, we affirm the following:
Firstly: Any agreement to end the war and release enemy prisoners must include an immediate end to the zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip, the withdrawal of the aggression zionist forces, and the return of the displaced to their homes.
Secondly: The release of enemy zionist captives will only be achieved according to the will of the resistance and the liberation of our heroic prisoners who are subjected to the most heinous zionist criminal policies of abuse, in an honorable deal.
Thirdly: We emphasize the necessity of immediate relief for our people in various areas of the Gaza Strip without restrictions, breaking the unjust siege, and enabling our people to utilize their resources and communicate with the world through various crossings and passages within a national will and administration.
Fourthly: A real, effective, and immediate mechanism must be found for the reconstruction of Gaza in a manner that ensures the dignity of our people and rebuilds what the occupation has destroyed of public and private buildings.
Fifthly: We affirm that the form of governance in Gaza after the war is a Palestinian internal matter arranged according to a purely unifying Palestinian vision.
Sixthly: We renew our call for adopting a unified national stance to confront the challenges and conspiracies facing our cause and people by adopting a comprehensive strategy that transcends previous stages and lays the foundation for a phase of partnership and liberation.
