The "israeli" occupation army has committed new massacres east of Al-Bureij and Al-Maghazi camps, resulting in 15 martyrs and dozens of injuries in the past hour.

We call on UN and international organizations to immediately and urgently head to Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Hospital.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital has received 15 martyrs and dozens of injuries in the past hour, warning of an increase in the number of victims in the coming hours if the brutal "israeli" aggression against our Palestinian people does not stop.

We issue a warning to the international community and all UN organizations that Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Hospital is the only hospital currently providing healthcare services to more than a million people.

We condemn the "israeli" occupation's large number of crimes and massacres against civilians, children, and women, and hold the "israeli" occupation and the American administration fully responsible for the ongoing genocide crimes and massacres.

We call on the international community and all international and UN organizations, as well as all free countries of the world, to condemn these ongoing crimes against our Palestinian people.

In support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their brave and honorable resistance, the Islamic Resistance carried out a number of operations against the sites and deployment of the "israeli" enemy army along the Lebanese-Palestinian border on Tuesday, 04-06-2024, as follows:

Eastern Sector:

1. At 9:15, targeted the "Ramim" barracks with artillery shells.
2. Launched an air attack with a squadron of attack drones on the 810th Hermon Brigade in the "Maale Golani" barracks in the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting the locations and settlements of enemy officers and soldiers, and they achieved confirmed casualties, in response to the assassination carried out by the enemy in the town of Naqoura.
3. At 16:40, targeted a deployment of zionist enemy soldiers in the vicinity of the "Tayhat Triangle" with rocket weapons.
