In support of the oppressed Palestinian people and in response to the American-British aggression on our country:

The Air Defense Forces of the Yemeni Armed Forces succeeded, by the grace of Allah, in shooting down an American MQ-9 drone during its hostile mission in the skies of Marib Governorate this Wednesday morning.

The targeting operation was carried out with a locally-made surface-to-air missile, and the footage of shooting it down will be published shortly, Allah willing.

The Yemeni Armed Forces confirm that the downing of the aircraft came just days after shooting down another aircraft of the same type in the skies of Al-Bayda Governorate.

It is the sixth aircraft of this type to be shot down during the Battle of Promised Conquest and the Sacred Jihad in support of the Palestinian people.

The Yemeni Armed Forces, by the grace of Allah, continue to develop their defensive capabilities to confront the American-British aggression and all hostile forces, and to continue to support the oppressed Palestinian people in Gaza until the aggression stops and the siege is lifted.

Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs, the best patron, and the best helper.
