The most egregious crime currently being committed against prisoners is the deliberate transfer of infected prisoners from one section to another, which has led to an increase in the number of infections. Among the infected are child prisoners, specifically in Megiddo prison.

In addition to all the measures of torture, abuse, deprivation, and starvation that have intensified recently, every aspect of the prisoners' lives has been turned into a tool to amplify methods of torture and abuse. This includes turning the need for treatment into a tool for torture by depriving prisoners of their right to medical care. While prisoners previously faced significant delays in receiving minimal treatment, they now face much more severe medical crimes compared to the period before the ongoing genocide war, according to the Club.
