The National and Islamic Forces welcome the decision issued by the International Court of Justice, which confirmed the cessation of the aggression against the city of Rafah and the reopening of the Rafah border crossing. The National and Islamic Forces emphasize the need to stop the fascist aggression on Rafah, the entire Gaza Strip, and all Palestinian territories, and demand the complete withdrawal of the Nazi occupation army.
The National and Islamic Forces call on all parties to work diligently and genuinely to implement the decisions of the International Court of Justice, and not to procrastinate or obstruct them, thereby absolving the occupation from its responsibilities under various pretexts.
In this context, the forces call on all parties to work towards the complete withdrawal of the occupation from the Rafah crossing and its reoperation as a purely Palestinian-Egyptian crossing according to the agreed-upon mechanisms.
The forces warn against any attempts to circumvent the International Court of Justice's decision and the demands of national and Arab consensus, as well as all free people of the world, by creating alternatives that would legitimize the siege and occupation.
The needs of the Palestinian people for the opening of all crossings, including the Rafah crossing, are urgent. The normal operation of the Rafah crossing is even more critical in light of the worsening humanitarian crisis, especially with the increasing number of injured and the critical condition of thousands who urgently need to travel for treatment and appropriate health care.
Talking about bringing aid through the "Kerem Shalom" crossing is a small step that does not end the humanitarian catastrophe caused by the closure of the crossings. Moreover, the humanitarian suffering in the Strip does not stop with aid; there is a crucial need to operate the Rafah crossing as it was before its occupation, allowing for the freedom of travel and movement, particularly for the injured, the sick, the entry of medical delegations, humanitarian missions, students, pilgrims, and others.
We demand all parties implement the decisions of the International Court of Justice and warn against any attempts to circumvent them and absolve the occupation of its responsibilities.

The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine issued a statement in which it described the United States' policy, with its blatant bias towards the "israeli" occupation state, and its overt partnership in the war against our people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, stating that it works to sow chaos and disorder in the region. It encourages the occupation state to rebel against the decisions of international legitimacy in the Security Council, the International Court of Justice in The Hague, and the International Criminal Court.
The Democratic Front stated: President Joe Biden's denial that "israel" has committed war crimes and crimes against humanity, and a genocide war against our people in the Gaza Strip, which has begun to extend to the West Bank; the defense by Secretary of State Antony Blinken of Netanyahu as a war criminal against the International Criminal Court; the continued supply of the killer army in Gaza and the West Bank with more weapons by the U.S. Department of Defense; and finally, the hostile stance against the International Court of Justice with its binding decision for "israel" to immediately stop the war in Rafah—all these are damning testimonies confirming the depth of American involvement in hostility towards our people, their cause, and their rights, and its insistence on destroying their future.
