We condemn the massacre committed by the occupation army in Jenin a short time ago, after its soldiers randomly fired at passersby in the streets following the discovery of a special unit of the occupation army. This crime has resulted in the martyrdom of 7 citizens so far, including school students, a teacher, and a doctor, and the injury of many citizens, including journalist Amr Manasra.
This new massacre in Jenin, along with previous aggressions by the occupation army and settler gangs in various cities of the West Bank, and its ongoing aggression in Gaza, is conclusive evidence of the criminal mindset that governs the occupation state, and its ideological belief in killing our people and committing genocide against them wherever they are.
What happened in Jenin, and the preceding invasions and aggressions in various cities of the West Bank, resulting in more than 600 martyrs, and the arrest of around 7,000 prisoners in the West Bank since the beginning of the aggression on Gaza, all respond to those who try to reverse the facts and blame our people and their Al-Aqsa intifada for the events of October 7. The occupation does not need excuses for its aggression nor does it wait for justifications for its crimes against our people since the Nakba and before.
