We express our regret over what was mentioned inthe statement of the President of the Palestinian Authority, Mr. Mahmoud Abbas, during the Arab summit held in Manama, regarding the heroic Al-Aqsa Flood operation and the course of internal reconciliation. We affirm that the zionist enemy, which has been killing, terrorizing, and oppressing our defenseless people for more than seventy-six years in Gaza, the West Bank, Al-Quds, and the occupied interior, does not wait for excuses to commit its crimes against our people throughout all stages and phases of the national struggle since 1948.

The Al-Aqsa Flood operation on October 7th constituted the most significant chapter in our people's struggle against the occupation that violates our rights and sanctities and oppresses our prisoners. In light of the "israeli" occupation army's incursion and complete blockade of Jabalia camp from the eastern and southern sides, we are receiving dozens of pleas from the residents of Beit Hanoun, who have been stranded for the fifth consecutive day after the occupation forces infiltrated and surrounded them from the entrance of Beit Hanoun and have invaded Jabalia camp.

Thousands of citizens currently in Beit Hanoun have not received any food, water, or basic necessities since the beginning of the military operation on Jabalia camp. They are completely besieged within the city, and they are suffering from the heavy shelling and intense gunfire on the eastern side of Jabalia camp, which has resulted in injuries without any medical points or hospitals to treat them in the city after the occupation army destroyed the Beit Hanoun City Hospital.
