Surveillance footage shows the moment Mohammed Aleiwat, 13 years of age, opened fire on settlers in Silwan, occupied Al-Quds. One settler wielding a rifle was directly wounded. Aleiwat was only lightly wounded and is receiving medical attention while under investigation.

Occupation sources confirm that one of the settlers wounded in the heroic Silwan operation this morning is an officer in the IOF.

Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh responds, "The repression that the prisoners are subjected to now is part of an organized terrorist plan under the context of an agreed-upon agenda in the Netanyahu government and is led by Ben-Gvir. The region is headed to an unprecedented escalation, as the confrontation will not remain in the prisons only. 🚨 The Palestinian Prisoners’ Movement escalates its steps following increased repression against Palestinian prisoners in the occupation prisons. They say:

"The attacks against our prisoners in Ofer, Megiddo, Naqab, and Damon prisons will not go unpunished.
