O steadfast and enduring masses of our people... Salutations to you, for you are the honor of the nation, and you teach the world the meaning of perseverance. Upon the rock of your steadfastness, all conspiracies against you are shattered.

May God have mercy on the martyrs of our people, and we pray to Him, the Almighty, to heal our wounded and sick who suffer from the bitterness of injuries and the harshness of the blockade, as well as the denial of medicine and freedom to our prisoners who endure mistreatment that reflects the poor morals of this rogue state.

The fascist government of the criminal Netanyahu, which seeks to remain in power by expanding the circle of fire that will, God willing, consume them, and his statements and threats to the people of Gaza reflect the utter failure his government has suffered. This government aims for forced displacement through acts of genocide and a harsh blockade policy of starvation and dehydration.

On the 213th day of the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood, our fighters continue to exhibit valor in the field, inflicting heavy losses on the defeated army, exploding their vehicles, striking their settlements and gatherings, and crushing their soldiers. Since the beginning of the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood, our fighters have executed over 470 military missions.

On October 7, our heroes in the Commando Unit participated in storming the Gaza Envelope settlements and positions known as the Gaza Division, capturing many zionists, some of whom were handed over, while others remain in our custody.

Our fighters engaged in more than 190 direct confrontations with enemy soldiers and vehicles, disabling over 50 zionist vehicles, and launched more than 220 rocket barrages, in addition to 170 operations targeting concentrations and gatherings of vehicles, and enemy leadership and command headquarters. Our fighters have also sniped at least 25 zionist soldiers and officers and thwarted four enemy amphibious landing operations. Our fighters conducted 23 targeted operations against enemy drones.

On this 213th day, we reaffirm the following:
Firstly, we in the Al-Aqsa Brigades, along with our brothers in the Palestinian resistance factions, have been and remain holding onto our fundamental conditions: the release of prisoners, the complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, and the unconditional return of displaced persons. The enemy must not dream of concluding a deal without meeting these conditions, which represent our minimal requirements.

Secondly, to the families of the enemy's prisoners: the fascist Netanyahu government, represented by its ministers and military chiefs, seeks to continue in power by launching threats to expand the circle of fire in Rafah and leaving your captives to the unknown. They suffer as our people do from calamities, and their threats will not succeed in returning your captives except through a dignified deal.

Thirdly, we confirm that our people have given their utmost in defense of their blessed land and will crush all suspicious schemes aimed at uprooting them. What the enemy failed to achieve on the battlefield, seeking help from all the devils of the land, and its killing and terrorism machinery, will not succeed in achieving it through means of deceit and maneuvering.

Fourthly, we affirm that the path of armed resistance and confrontation is the best way to liberate Palestine and expel the occupiers from our entire land. We will never abandon our arms, no matter the challenges and the magnitude of sacrifices, as it is the honor of our people.

In conclusion, we salute the steadfastness of our people clinging to their land and homeland. We pray for the souls of our martyrs, for swift healing for our wounded, and freedom for our prisoners.

"And indeed, Allah will support those who support Him. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Mighty."

Our fighters in Tulkarem camp engaged in armed clashes with the occupation forces at the Al-Murabba' axes, and our fighters also detonated explosive devices targeting a number of vehicles, achieving direct hits against the occupation forces.

Our heroic fighters conducted extensive resistance and confrontation operations on all axes of clashes with strength and capability, achieving direct injuries in the ranks of the brutal enemy who is yet unaware of the strength of our men.

However, our hope and trust in Allah are stronger than this defeated army.

We in the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades - Rapid Response Groups, exalt the martyrdom of the hero, son of Tulkarem Camp, the martyr Ammar Al-Awfi, and we consider him a martyr with Allah. We ask Allah to accept him and all our righteous martyrs.

The brave fighters have confronted the invading occupation forces at the Tulkarem camp with blessed barrages of bullets, the barrages of Al-Jihad [Shehadeh] and Al-Qassem [Rajab] were present on more than one axis. Additionally, our fighters managed to detonate locally-made explosives against the occupation's bulldozers that invaded our steadfast camp.

We assure everyone that we are on the path of the martyrs and that we stand by our covenant and our pledge. Our brave fighters confronted the invading occupation forces in Tulkarem camp with blessed barrages of bullets along different axes.
