In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
On World Press Freedom Day: We appreciate the role of the media in the battle of Al-Aqsa Flood, and we confirm that the occupation's crimes against journalists will not obscure the truth of its terrorism and aggression.
The continuation of the zionist occupation in its aggressive war against journalists, media professionals, and Palestinian media outlets, through direct and deliberate targeting, including killings, arrests, pursuits, and restrictions, constitutes heinous crimes and a blatant violation of all international norms and covenants. Since the beginning of its aggression and genocide war against the Gaza Strip, 146 media professionals and journalists have ascended as martyrs in Palestine, and hundreds are still in its prisons and detention centers, subjected to the most heinous torture.
The journalists and media professionals in the Gaza Strip, over more than six months in the ongoing battle of Al-Aqsa Flood, have proven to be the resounding voice of the pulse of our Palestinian people, defending their rights and national constants, aspiring for freedom, independence, and liberation from the occupation. Every individual among them has become a mountain of patience, sacrifice, and dedication in conveying the true voice and image of our people's steadfastness and firmness on their land, and in exposing the crimes of the zionist enemy and the genocide war it commits against unarmed civilians.
During our people's battle in Al-Aqsa Flood, the world witnessed the extent of the horror and fear of the Nazi occupation and its fascist government, due to the impact of the media in all its forms on the Arab, Islamic, and international public opinion and its role in exposing its criminal war machine. At the same time, the occupation's utter failure to prevent or obscure the access and establishment of the Palestinian narrative, Arabically, Islamically, and internationally, has been proven.
We ask [God] for mercy for the souls of the martyrs of the word and image, the heroes of Palestine from journalists and media professionals, who offered their lives to convey the true picture of our people's suffering and expose the crimes of the occupation that affected trees, stones, and people in the ongoing battle of Al-Aqsa Flood.
We salute all Palestinian journalists and media professionals, inside Palestine and abroad, who stand with all pride on an important frontier of the steadfastness and struggle in the ongoing journey of our people, and we recall with appreciation and valuation their professional achievements and careers that express adherence to rights and national constants.
We call on journalists and media professionals in Palestine to further steadfastness, creativity, and excellence in performing their mission, believing in the justice of our cause, loyalty to the blood of the martyrs, the sacrifices of the prisoners, and the resistance and steadfastness of our people in the Gaza Strip and all the arenas of the homeland.
We express our appreciation and thanks to all media professionals, journalists, and media institutions in our Arab and Islamic world and in the world, who convey the truth of the aggression against our people in the Gaza Strip, deliver the Palestinian narrative in all its details, and expose the crimes of the occupation against our land, people, prisoners, and sanctities. We urge them to continue their media mission and enhance the presence of Palestine and its just cause in their programs, giving it the most prominent attention in proportion to the magnitude of the tragedy that our people are experiencing.
We demand all human rights institutions criminalize violations and crimes of the occupation against Palestinian journalists, pressure to stop them, and work by all legal means to prosecute it in international courts.
We call for a global movement to denounce, expose, and criminalize violations of the occupation and protect Palestinian journalists and media professionals from the brutality and terrorism of the occupation.

🔴 Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine:

The US House of Representatives’ vote in favor of expanding the definition of “anti-Semitism” is an attempt to thwart the university intifada and legislate the policy of repression and abuse of students.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine confirmed that the U.S. House of Representatives' vote in favor of expanding the definition of "anti-Semitism" is an attempt to thwart the university intifada and to legalize a policy of repression and abuse against students and others in society. This law is being transformed into a tool to strike against all forms of solidarity with Palestine and to suppress any criticism of zionist practices and policies within American society.
The Front emphasized that the House of Representatives' vote on this law, which still requires approval from the Senate, is a deceptive manipulation of American laws, aimed at restricting freedom of expression and the right to protest, which are guaranteed by American laws. It accuses any movement opposing the crimes of the occupation or investments and relations with institutions of the entity as anti-Semitic, in an effort to quell all pro-Palestinian advocacy and prevent the expansion of the student intifada.
The Front considers this decision part of discriminatory policies and double standards that the administration and American institutions employ regarding the rights of the Palestinian people. While peaceful protests protected by American laws are accused of being anti-Semitic, America turns a blind eye to zionist crimes and genocide against the Palestinian people. The terminology is consistently mixed up, accusing legitimate Palestinian resistance of "terrorism" and zionist crimes as "legitimate self-defense."
The Front affirmed that the adoption of this resolution will widen the gap between the young American generation, which is beginning to see things clearly unfold, and the older American generation that does not want to leave its spiritual merging with the criminal zionist entity, calling for resistance against this law and all forms of usurpation of American societal rights in favor of the zionist entity.
The Front concluded its statement by affirming that the adoption of this law will not stop the widespread movement within American society against the zionist entity and American policies. Rather, it will increase the exposure of the true nature of the American entity and its false democracy.

Investigation must be opened into Israel’s potential use of banned thermal weapons, which cause victims’ bodies to melt or evaporate
Palestinian Territory - An international committee of experts must be established to look into the weapons Israel has been using as part of its genocide in the Gaza Strip, ongoing since 7 October 2023, including the potential use of bombs that produce such high heat that victims’ bodies evaporate.
