🚨 Amidst the presence of snipers, police violently attacked the UCLA Gaza Solidarity encampment once again, firing tear gas and flash bangs in rapid succession towards students. Protestors repelled the aggression, pushing away the police and displaying a number of creative tactics.
A number of students wore tear gas to protect from tear gas and pepper spray, while others created fortified shields to defend the encampment.
Zionist mobs played the recordings of children crying through speakers, mirroring the same twisted practice used by the IOF in Nusseirat camp in the #Gaza Strip. Again, the police did little to curb the attack by the zionists, who reportedly allied with neo-Nazis in their attack on the camp.
After the police retreated, they returned again to attack the camp. Clashes are ongoing, and dozens have been arrested. UCLA students have demonstrated incredible resolve and bravery in resisting the invasion with the tools at their disposal, such as umbrellas and forming human walls, chanting "We're not leaving! You don't scare us!" towards the police.

Dr. Al-Barsh, the head of the orthopedic department at Al-Shifa picture, is one of a a number of steadfast doctors who provided medical services and care in several hospitals, pictured here treating a child during the December 2023 siege of Al-Awda Hospital, where he was abducted alongside a number of doctors. Dr. Al-Barsh suffered an injury while he was serving at the Indonesian Hospital in the beginning of the war.
Dr. Al-Barsh was martyred in the "Ofer" prison in #Ramallah on April 19th, but his martyrdom was not known of until today.
The body of martyr Ismail Khader were returned along with 64 prisoners released to Gaza today, while the body of Dr. Al-Barsh is still kidnapped by the occupation.
The martyrdom of Al-Barsh and Khader brings the number of martyrs who ascended in zionist prisons since October 7th to 18. At least 27 detainees from Gaza were also reported martyred in IOF prison camps in March.

64 prisoners were released by the occupation today in Gaza including the body of the martyr Ismail Khader while the body of Dr. Ahmed Al-barsh remains detained by the occupation. They both ascended under torture after being detained alive.
