🔴 PFLP statement:

Today, Wednesday, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine mourns the young man Aref Abdelnasser Aref Lahlouh (22 years old), who ascended by the bullets of the occupation army near Qalqilya while trying to carry out a stabbing operation.
The Popular Front considers the zionist enemy's continued murders of Palestinian youth at checkpoints to be at the heart of the killing doctrine rooted in the official zionist institution, which is dominated by a fascist and bloody military character based on criminal Talmudic religious fatwas.
The Popular Front believes that the aim of this racist policy is to expand the occupation's targeting circles against our people to their places of residence, indicating that the response to this crime and this series of daily killings requires an escalation of resistance in all its forms against the zionist occupation soldiers and settlers throughout occupied Palestinian lands.

Palestinians in #AlQuds are calling on Palestinians to be present at Damascus Gate near Al-Aqsa Mosque to confront the settlers' march scheduled for tomorrow evening.
Confrontations in Shufat continue until this moment. Resisting Palestinians are shooting fireworks at the IOF after the martyrdom of 17-year-old Salah Mohammed Ali in the camp today.
The IOF has set up a number of new mobile checkpoints surrounding #AlQuds as a response to the escalated resistance of the past day. The new checkpoints are in Beit Hanina and near Biddu, and the IOF has already made arbitrary arrests there.
At this moment, the IOF has closed off the Shufat checkpoint, preventing all exit and entry and besieging residents.

Today in #Bethlehem, armed gunmen opened fire at Palestinian Authority forces, indicative of the growing frustration with the traitorous Authority of shame that enables IOF invasions of refugee camps, tortures fighters, and abducts activists.
Today, famous Palestinian cartoonist Mohammed Sabaaneh was fired from his job at Al-Hayat Al-Jadida (a Palestinian newspaper) due to his criticism of the traitorous Authority. The attached cartoons show Mahmoud Abbas thinking deeply about synonyms for "condemn" as well as copying & pasting his statements about martyrs whether they be in Jenin, Nablus, or Ramallah, and "condemning" the occupation.
Mohammed said he rejects the state of silence and helplessness that the politicians have reached, saying it is his duty to publish in work. He goes on:
"I am in great pain for the martyrs of Jenin, who ascend daily... I am in pain for our prisoners. But if the decision to dismiss me was the result of my standing with my family in Jenin, its camp, and Nablus and its town.. well, this is the cheapest price I could pay when compared to the shoes of a child whose blood did not even dry in Jenin."
At a time in which 80% of Palestinians want Abbas to resign from his expired presidency and heightened tensions with the unrepresentative "Authority," the repressive PA has in tandem escalated its silencing, oppression, and pressure against those who speak out against them.
This is not the first time that criticism of the gang of Oslo had led to repression or even death. We remember anti-imperialist Oslo critic and martyred cartoonist Naji Al-Ali and political activist and martyr Nizar Banat, both killed at the hands of the PA or its affiliates.

🚨 Intense clashes erupt across #Nablus as resistance fighters target occupation forces with liberating bullets near Al Maslakh street.
🚨 Resistance fighters target occupation forces with a heavy barrage of bullets forcing them to withdraw from Al-Masaken neighborhood in #Nablus.
According to zionist sources, due to the the fear of a major escalation in Ramadan (late March), security coordination sessions between officials of the traitorous Palestinian Authority and IOF officers will take place soon. As the PA continues to serve as an arm of the entity, the rising tide of resistance and pro-liberation unity continues to strengthen.
Resistance fighters targeted the military watchtower of the occupation army at the entrance to Al-Aroub camp, north of #AlKhalil with gunfire.
🚨 Sirens blare in #Jenin as IOF special forces raid the camp. Resistance is firing upon the invaders at this moment.
