In this blessed gathering, out of loyalty to the blood of the martyrs and their sacrifices, and to the steadfastness of the fighters and their combat, we in Saraya Al-Quds - Tulkarem Brigade, affirm the following:

First: The latest battle, the Promise of the Truthful, which lasted 3 days, has established clear deterrence equations in the face of the zionist enemy. Any entry into the land of Nour Shams Camp will cost them a heavy and great price in their soldiers, their vehicles, and even their aircraft.

Second: We warn the zionist enemy against attempting any aggression or attack on the city of Tulkarem and its camps, and we affirm that we are always ready to repel aggression and defeat you by the will of Allah, for our land and our skies are forbidden to you, and our weapons are ready to defend our people, our land, and our camp.

Third: We send greetings and loyalty to the great leaders, who carried their souls on their palms, sacrificing for the resistance project, the great leader Hajj Ziyad Al-Nakhalah Abu Tariq and the leader Abu Mohammed Al-Ajouri, all greetings from your sons and grandsons in Tulkarem.

Seventh: We renew our covenant and pride with our steadfast people in Nour Shams and Tulkarem Camp and with our martyrs, our wounded, and our prisoners, and we assure you that we will continue to resist this occupation until the last bullet and the last fighter...
