🚨 Shaimaa Al-Areer, the eldest daughter of martyred writer Refaat Al-Areer, ascended to martyrdom along with her 5-month-old son, Abdulrahman, and her husband, engineer Mohammed Siam, after the IOF bombed their apartment in Gaza City today.

When Shaimaa gave birth to her son a few months ago during the war, she wrote to her martyred father:

"I have wonderful news for you, and I wished I could convey it to you face-to-face, handing your first grandson to you. Do you know, O Dad, that you have become a grandfather?

Yes, Dad, this is your first grandson, and he is already over a month old. This is your grandson Abdulrahman, whom I have always imagined you holding. But I never thought that I might lose you too soon, even before you could meet him."

Now, Refaat will finally embrace his first grandson.

Glory to the martyrs.
The Freedom Flotilla is ready to sail. All the required paperwork has been submitted to the port authority, and the cargo has been loaded and prepared for the trip to Gaza.

However, today we received word of an administrative roadblock initiated by Israel in an attempt to prevent our departure. Israel is pressuring the Republic of Guinea Bissau to withdraw its flag from our lead ship—Akdeniz (“Mediterranean”). This triggered a request for an additional inspection, this one by the flag state, that delays our April 26 planned departure.
This is another example of Israel obstructing the delivery of life-saving aid to the people in Gaza who face a deliberately created famine. How many more children will die of malnutrition and dehydration because of this delay and an ongoing siege, which must be broken?

This is not the first time that Israel has used these kinds of tactics to stop our ships from sailing. We have overcome them before and are diligently working to overcome this latest attempt. Our vessels have already passed all required inspections and we are confident that the Akdeniz will pass this inspection provided there is no political interference. We expect this to be no more than a few days delay. Israel will not break our resolve to reach the people of Gaza.
🇾🇪 Ansarallah spokesman Mohammed Abdul Salam:

We strongly condemn what the American administration is doing in its malicious campaign of repression within American universities against the student movement demanding an end to the "israeli" aggression on Gaza.

America should be ashamed of its claims of defending human rights while trampling them in its own backyard, and must realize that the world no longer sees it as anything but absolute evil threatening all of humanity.
🚨 Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza:

Daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded as a result of the ongoing “israeli” aggression on the Gaza Strip for day 203:

The “israeli” occupation commits 5 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, resulting in 51 martyrs and 75 injuries admitted to hospitals during the past 24 hours.

A number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.

The toll of the “israeli” aggression has risen to 34,356 martyrs and 77,368 injuries since last October 7th.

🟢 Hamas:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

We call upon the workers of the world to a week of solidarity events with the workers of Palestine, and let International Workers' Day be a cry in the face of injustice and zionist aggression against the Palestinian people and their legitimate rights.

On the occasion of International Workers' Day, which falls on the 1st of May, we invite all movements, unions, and workers' federations around the world to a week of solidarity events with the workers of Palestine and the Gaza Strip, by organizing demonstrations and marches that roam the capitals and cities of the world, supporting and endorsing the rights of Palestinian workers in Gaza Strip, the West Bank, Al-Quds, and the occupied interior, and to reject, criminalize, and expose all forms of crime and injustice they face, due to the zionist occupation.

Furthermore, we direct our call to the transportation unions and port workers, specifically inviting them not to deal with zionist shipping companies, and to intensify all forms of boycott against the criminal zionist occupation, which commits genocide and ethnic cleansing against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, actively participating with all labor union formations, in the week of solidarity with the workers of Palestine.

Exploring the Political and Military Developments of the Struggle:
Ismail Haniyeh and the Hamas leadership meet Jamil Mezher and the leadership of the Popular Front in Istanbul

Brother fighter Ismail Haniyeh, Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, and a delegation from the movement's leadership met yesterday in Istanbul with the Deputy Secretary-General of the Popular Front, comrade Jamil Mezher, and a delegation from the Front's leadership, where they discussed the overall political and military developments, both in the war on the Strip and the Palestinian cause overall.

Both delegations praised the steadfastness, patience, and contributions of our people despite the crimes and brutality of the occupation.

The delegations also exchanged condolences for the martyrs of the Palestinian people, particularly the condolences to the Head of the movement for the martyrdom of three of his sons and five of his grandchildren on the first day of Eid, as well as condolences to the leadership of the Front for the martyrdom of the prisoner Walid Daqqah.

The delegations discussed the ongoing efforts to stop the aggression and ways to support the steadfastness of our people and provide their humanitarian needs.

They also addressed the situations in Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa and the actions of the occupation forces and the crimes of the settlers.

They emphasized the necessity of continuing joint efforts to thwart the occupation's plans and achieve the goals and aspirations of our people for freedom, independence, and the establishment of an independent state with Al-Quds as its capital.

The delegations discussed ways to unify the Palestinian people and leverage this legendary steadfastness to positively reflect on leadership frameworks, political programs, and joint national action.

They also discussed the conditions of the prisoners in the occupation's prisons, reaffirming the demand of our people for a dignified and serious exchange deal.

The delegations praised the role of the masses who come out to support and express solidarity with our people and the importance of this regional and international movement.
⚪️ Mujahideen Movement:

We strongly condemn the repression by American security forces against students and supporters of the Palestinian people in American universities who reject the genocidal crimes committed by the zionist government of terrorism against Gaza.

This arbitrary repression by American security against students and all those standing with Palestinian rights exposes the extent of the falseness of claims to democracy and human rights protection, revealing the ugly face of the American administration that has mortgaged its will to the desires of global zionism.

We praise the uprising of students in American universities against zionist-American injustice and renew our call for our people's students and our Arab and Islamic nation to break the barriers of silence and incapacity to rise up in support of Gaza, which is fighting the criminal zionist enemy on behalf of our people and our nation, and in defense of the land, human beings, and sanctities.

We call for the student uprising in American universities to be a real opportunity for a global popular uprising to stop the Nazi zionist enemy's massacres against our noble people in Gaza and a true chance for the world's liberation from the demonic restrictions imposed by zionism through its tools.

🟢 Hamas:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, Most Merciful,

We in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), have closely followed the statement issued by the White House, signed by 18 countries, which essentially called for the release of prisoners in the Gaza Strip. We express our regret that the statement did not address fundamental issues affecting our people who are suffering under the burden of a comprehensive genocide war, nor did it emphasize the need for a permanent ceasefire and the withdrawal of the occupation army from the Gaza Strip, in addition to ambiguity surrounding other clauses.

We affirm again that the movement is open to any ideas or proposals that take into consideration the just needs and rights of our people, represented by a final cessation to the aggression against them, the withdrawal of occupation forces from the Gaza Strip, and the unrestricted and unconditional return of the displaced to their homes in the governorates of Gaza and North Gaza and all areas of the Strip. This includes reconstruction, lifting the siege, supplying our people with all their relief and humanitarian needs, and proceeding to achieve a serious agreement for the exchange of prisoners, on the path to granting our Palestinian people their full legitimate national rights, self-determination, and establishing their independent Palestinian state with Al-Quds as its capital.

We call on the American administration, the countries that signed the statement, and the international community, to remove the cover from the genocide crime committed by the zionist enemy against the unarmed children and civilians in the Gaza Strip, and to pressure for its end as an urgent priority. Furthermore, we call for opposition to the terrorist policies of Netanyahu, who seeks to plunge the region into an abyss to fulfill personal political calculations and to satisfy the desires of his allies from the extremist right, who stand against any attempt to reach a just agreement that would end the aggression and return the prisoners and detainees.
