🚨 For the 32nd month, 51-year-old prisoner Yaqoub Qadri has been detained in solitary confinement in the zionist prisons, according to the Prisoners Affairs Commission.

Yaqoub has been detained since 2003 and sentenced to life imprisonment. Since his re-arrest after he broke out of Gilboa prison in September 2021, he has been in solitary confinement for 32 consecutive months. He and five other prisoners succeeded to breach the security system at Gilboa prison on September 7th 2021, executing a heroic escape in the Freedom Tunnel operation and roamed across Palestine for two weeks before being re-arrested.

Revenge against Qadri began from the moment he was re-arrested, but escalated against all prisoners since October 7th 2023, as he was transferred several times between the cells of "Ohli Kedar, Ashkelon, and Rimonim" prisons. Throughout all this, the jailers insulted him, threatened him with death and murder, and stated that he would be taken out of the prison in a black bag.

Prisoner Yaqoub suffers from several diseases including thyroid issues, high blood pressure, cholesterol, eye and dental problems, constant headaches, hand and stomach pains, and continuous fatigue. The Commission's lawyer was only allowed to visit him for 15 minutes after a long argument with the prison administration, which then granted some extra time.

Qadri told the Commission's lawyer, "The conditions are difficult and complex as in other prisons, cell searches are conducted day and night, hot water is only available for ten minutes, electricity runs from 6 PM until the early morning hours, we are deprived of clothing and blankets, the food is poor in quantity and quality, drinking water is filled from a bathroom faucet, and we are only allowed out for an hour a day for exercise, and all the jailers wear masks and do not reveal their faces. Also in isolation with me are prisoners Ali Abu Bakr and Qusai Mar'i."

The journalist Mohammed Bassam Al-Jamal ascended to martyrdom as a result of an IOF bombing on his family home in eastern Rafah in the southern #Gaza Strip, bringing the number of martyrs of the strike to 6, and the number of journalists martyred in Gaza since October 7th, 2023 to 141.

Hamas has provided mediators with everything required of it to finalize a prisoner exchange deal and to stop the aggression against our Palestinian people.

Al-Qassam Brigades released a video recording of an "israeli" prisoner, showcasing the media creativity and the valor of Al-Qassam in managing the battle with the occupation, alongside the significant humanity of the brigades despite the oppression of Palestinian prisoners in the occupation's prisons.

Hamas confidently states that it is ready for a ceasefire and for the withdrawal of the occupation from our land, the return of our people to their homes, and the end of the occupation in the Gaza Strip, followed by a prisoner exchange deal under the terms set by the resistance.
